I DO NOT advise anyone to utilize this business! They seek insurance claims and request supplements to charge as much as they can! My car was in an accident in Nov. 2014 and was towed there (I had no choice where it went initially). I read a few good reviews and thought it was okay to leave it there. WORST MISTAKE!

Jan. 2015 and they still had my car! Over 2 months later! They strung me along with excuses and "I'll get back to you in a few days". I had to initiate all calls and was never given much concrete or correct information. They gave no timeline and when I asked he always had no answer. The agent Ruben lacks professionalism and does not relay pertinent information.

I went to the shop with my boyfriend and the manager was just as defensive and unprofessional as the agent. I asked to see my car. It took 15-20 minutes to "locate it". (I'm led to believe it was not being worked on and they took time to get it up.) They kept "finding more damage" even 3 months later and needed to request more money for my insurance. About the only thing they could ever tell me was how much more money they needed.

IT GETS WORSE! I found a new place and decided to move my car. To move it they charged $4500! Claimed they worked for 25 hours (the new mechanic estimated 16), charged for parts I did not need and did not order some that I did need. Daniel was actually quite nice for the 3 minutes he was able to help me until Ruben and the manager himself walked over. He "refused my business" and CALLED THE SHERIFF ON ME! I'm an elementary teacher and would never wreak havoc on any business. I asked when my car would be finished. The manager's response was "Come and get it." He told me "if I was educated enough, to get a wrecker, pay money and take it." He "doesn't need my business". When I asked, "As the manager of a business centered around customer service, he doesn't care about my business?" He even forced me out of the building by walking up on me saying "I'm going to keep getting closer until you leave."

IN THE END, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, Dept. of Licensing and Regulation, and anywhere else that I can. The new place will be able to fix my car in less than 2 weeks. I wish I had gone to them first. But I hope that I can save someone else from such a nightmare.

MY CAR WAS TOWED HERE FROM A WRECK AND DANIEL HAD ME SIGN PAPERS SO THAT ALLSTATE COULD COME PICK IT UP BUT DIDNT TELL ME I WAS SIGNING FOR A PACKET OF PAPERS THAT HAD ALL THESE FEES, NOW WE ARE DEALING WITH ALLSTATE BECAUSE OF THEIR SCHEMES. DANIEL ALSO BEGGED ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW SO THAT HE COULD GET A $250 BONUS AND STATED THAT I WOULD GET $50 OF THAT, NOW I CALLED HIM TO CHECK ON IT AND HE SAID THAT HE DOESNT "RECALL" TELLING ME THAT. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEM! DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ITS JUST A SCAM SO THEY CAN GET BONUSES AND NEVER GIVE THE CUSTOMER THEIR INCENTIVES!

I had a very good experience at Eastex Collision Repair during a very stressful time.

Ruben was very helpful and what I admire is his vast knowledge and what passion he has for his work.
He was professional and attentive, he kept me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle while there.
Ruben took care of me and I’m very grateful for that.
Eastex Collision Repair has a great employee in Ruben and are lucky to have him.
Customer Service matters and it’s employees like Ruben Montelongo who make a difference and make a company what it is.

I was hit by another driver on my driver side door, I took my 2015 GMC 2500 Denali to Eastex Collision and dealt with JC, no run around straight to the point and he said he would take care of me. A few days later my truck was fixed and I barely had to lift a finger. And my truck looks brand new again! Very fast and professional. Definitely will go there again!!!

After a accident, my car was towed there, they must've danced in my truck with mud covered shoes and the put a dent in my drivers side door after I asked to have my car sent somewhere else for repairs. They are horrible

I used Eastex Collision , my first experience , My job was delayed due to parts delay, but David finally came thru. It's amazing how my vehicle looked . The repair process took a while but it was worth it . I would use them again

This place is a joke!! All the good reviews for this place are probably paid by the workers to leave them!! Seriously... This place is a scam and when I walked in it was like a group of buzzards waiting to land on their prey! One guy that took me back to see my car said that it might look like little Mexico around there but they work good for less pay and laughed about it. Then.. because I wouldnt commit to leaving my car there, I was taken to Daniel!! Then Daniel commenced to telling me that he could take off $300. from my deductable and possible more and that they could get my Ins Co. to pay more if he needed to!! Then.. I signed the release so that the other body shop could come pickup my car and Eastex charged said they never got it from me so charged another day of storage when in fact they did get it and I have proof... Daniel just had me send it to his personal email and not his work email! Then finally got that straight and when the wrecker went to go get my car, they charged $1710. for 5 days storage.. but wait it gets better!! Of that $1710. Daniel said it was because they had started to tear down my car to assess the damages and there was a charge of $1000. for teardown... But they never touched my car, they didnt have the key plus when the wrecker went to go get the car, it looked just like it did after the wreck. These people are liars and crooks take it from me and do not use this place!! I am reporting them to everyone I can and refuse to be taken advantage of and will file lawsuit against them if I have too.

DO NOT USE!!! My vehicle as towed here after a horrible wreck. When we went to sign the papers for my car to be picked up by my insurance company, they got extremely rude and was even cussing at my husband. They also would not let us get any of our belongings out of my car because they were mad that they were not the ones allowed to fix our car. Very rude and inconsiderate company. Dont ever use!

By far the best shop I have ever been to. Customer service is excellent and Daniel is great. He will do everything he can to make sure your satisfied and take care of the insurance company

I was recently in a wreck and was brought to Eastex Collision Repair where Polo helped me out. It was so nice to have someone there to help me. He made sure to take care of the insurance information and getting the rental car setup. He made my life a little less stressful during this time. My car came back looking good!

I let Eastex Collision do the collision repairs on my car and I Polo help me out and I was happy with the repairs and Ruben also helped me out they were great and never around the bush they where up front and honest I will gladly recommend to talk to Polo if you need help with a collision
