They did a fantastic job at an even greater price. Roger & all of his employees are super cool on top of being very good workers. They went above and beyond my expectations for the price I paid. No complaints from me on their work or the amount of time it took to finish the project. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a pool demolished.

It turned out that they were experienced and knowledgeable about swimming pool removal, so they could save us time and money by getting the job done correctly and efficiently. Roger recently helped us fill in our pool and get our back yard functional. We were especially pleased as he was assisting us after a prior contractor took a deposit and left us high and dry. Doty Destruction was able to work us into the schedule quickly, and charged a fair price.

Roger was always professional, fair, and thorough throughout the process. He also recommended helpful ways to drain the yard and installed additional catch basins and gutter run off out to the street. Highly recommend!

John & Roger did a great job removing our pool and met all of our expectations. They were on time and on budget and were just what we needed. We would definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone we know needing this type of work.

Roger and John with Doty Destruction were terrific! Crew was here every morning around 8:15am till 3pm (Their office is near Sugarland and I live in the Woodlands). John does the main break up with a small loader and Roger is the one who meets and communicates with potential clients. Both men are super friendly and accommodating to any needs or concerns. The break up of the pool went exactly as planned. Soon after all the concrete was removed we had one of those typical Houston rainy weather systems. After several days of rain the guys waited an extra day for things to dry up before starting up again. They had to drain the "swimming hole" before proceeding to the next step which was filling it up with quality fill. We also had a small gazebo that was close to the pool which he also removed. The last step was clean up and laying sod down. Even the sod looked really good. Roger had told me when you are in business for as long as he is, you end up with some really good partners in the industry (fill, sod, haulers, etc) Doty Destruction has been in the pool removal business more than 30 years and it shows because that is all they do- pool removal. My yard was put back mostly to the way it was before and I am very happy with their work! Highly recommend them!

My wife and I decided to have our Pool removed due to the fact that it was something we no longer used. On top of that, the price to resurface the pool, deck, and address a plumbing issue under the deck would have far surpassed the price to simply remove it. We called up Doty Destruction for a quote. They were the first quote we received, but we did get about 5 other quotes after the fact. Roger is the guy who comes out and talks over the different options with you. Super laid paid and very easy to talk with. He explained everything thoroughly and I honestly just felt the most comfortable with him all together. After a few weeks of us weighing our options, we went ahead and moved forward with the Pool Removal.

John Doty and his crew came to start the removal process. John is just as nice and easy to communicate with as Roger. He is a little more high energy than Roger, but it probably takes a little bit of that to run a Bobcat in the bottom of a drained concrete pool during the month of June/July. These guys were on time EVERY day. No exceptions. They stop a little early during the summer months because of the heat, but Roger disclosed that to me at the start. We have two 50+ pound Siberian huskies and they went as far as making sure the backyard was still as secure as possible so we could let them out for short bursts before and after they left. Again, no complaints at all.

When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up the dirt/mud very well. There was no damage to the house including brick, concrete, and siding. The sod was laid nicely, and they helped grade the yard and provide the best drainage for the space. All and All, we were very happy with Roger and John at Doty Destruction. We would recommend these guys without hesitation if you are interested in having your pool removed.
