My truck was in a rear end accident back in November of 2014. This body shop did the repairs to my truck at that time. Unfortunately down the road I found some blemishes in the paint and the alignment of the vehicle and it was covered under Geico’s Lifetime warranty of the repairs. I dropped the truck off on Monday, April 27, 2015. I received a call from the body shop on Wednesday April 29, 2015 from Ken and was informed that my truck was broken into and 2 other vehicles were vandalized. Upon arrival to the dealership I was notified by Mike, SHOP DIRECTOR, that he will be willing to pay for everything and to not contact the police. They did not report this incident to the police at all what so ever. My truck was left in the outside parking lot with the doors unlocked overnight. My vehicle is armed with a aftermarket theft deterrent alarm system by viper and they failed to secure the vehicle at night as they promised. Another issue that was found, the radio amplifier and subwoofers that were stolen were taken out the truck in a neat way. No wires or any of the connectors are at all damaged. A police report was filed and even the police stated that this looked like an inside job from one of the worker’s at Don McGill Toyota of Houston. I would like to have this known public because I don’t want any other civilian to have to go through what I did. I am an independent contractor and I am self employed I left my tools in the vehicle with the knowledge that the dealership assured of the security they have in the parking lot over night.
The value of the radio navigation and sound system is at an estimate of $2,646.71 not including my iPod Touch with a value of 299.99

After getting a new drivers license and trying to get an oil change at Don McGill in the last year, it's a tossup as to which operation is the least efficient. Do not waste your time making an appointment online. On two occasions I thought that would help streamline the process. Wrong and wrong. The first time I left my car, went to lunch, then went for a walk. Since almost two hours had passed by the time I returned to the dealership, I was pretty confident my car would be ready (was just getting a state inspection and oil change). But they hadn't even started on it. Stupidly, I tried again recently. After an hour and 20 minutes and with service not having been started, I complained and said I was leaving. But my car wouldn't start because they leave the flashers going on cars in line. So I was left waiting another 15 minutes before they jumped my car. Needless to say, I won't be stupid enough to give them another chance.
I am a long time customer with Don McGill Toyota for long times. Even my family members had purchased their cars at the same dealer. We like the professional service there, everyone are so friendly. I purchased two cars for myself with Mr Johnny Wong. He has a very professional attitude with us. Johnny was very patient to explained to me about the cars. He explained the dealer's promotions for the vehicle I wanted to buy. I got a good deal for my Camery and my Sienna. My sister wanted to a new car for her son. So I refer her to visit Don McGill and request for Johnny Wong. She came home very happy with her son's new car. Thank you Mr Wong to helped me and my family, I will definitely referral all my friends to visit Don McGill for Mr. Wong as their salesman.
This is second vehicle I've bought from Don McGill. I will buy all my vehicles from there from now on mostly on part of Tyler, he worked with me on a tuff situation and got me a very good deal.
