This is a DOMINO’s you should avoid ordering from - until employee training problems are corrected. I refused to believe that myself until I had my own personal experiences with them (and I assure you they are NOT GOOD experiences either). My latest instance was one whereby we called to order for DELIVERY at 11:11am, and Javier answered inaudibly, placed me on hold without advising that he intended to do so, then he came back on the phone 2-minutes later to have me repeat my address and order a second time - obviously because he never wrote it down. I advised that if he was too busy, he should consider having another staff member to take my order. At first I didn’t think he deliberately hung up on me. To accommodate him, and also hoping someone more professional (and possibly less busy) would answer this time. I redialed a couple of minutes later, and again Javier answered, and soon as I started my “I would like to order pizza for delivery..”, he realized it was the same voice as before,….click, he hung up on me again. My spouse, now thinking this was an odd transactional exchange dialed the store again, and this time the store phone was picked up and IMMEDIATELY hung up because it was the same calling number that Javier seems to not like very much. At this juncture, we were forced to call a different pizza place. This was a situation where a single employee was empowering himself to set the public persona of a company of whom he is merely an employee. I believe that deciding who DOMINO’s does business with is way ABOVE Javier’s pay grade. I also strongly recommend further training for Javier before he ruins a reputation he couldn’t comprehend (besides, we don’t wish to see that position outsourced overseas too soon) – so please take disciplinary actions ahead of time.

I called in my order for two pizzas and I told them I had a card to buy one pizza and get one free. They told me no problem and to bring the card in. I showed up and they told me they couldn't use the card because it had to be two pizzas of the same size. When I showed them that there was nothing written about that on the card they shrugged their shoulders at me. Then when I asked why the guy who took my order hadn't told me, the lady said, ""I don't know."" After leaving the store very upset, I called the manager who took zero responsibility and didn't seem to care at all that there was no way I could have known about the same size pizza rule. Needless to say they have lost mine and my company's business forever.
