I went to debbies laser hair removal, And I must say I love my results. Their staff are very professional and the hair removal treatment was painless and at a reasonable price.

I just finished my 6th session of LHR at Debbie's and am extremely disappointed. When first arriving I was told there would be a 95% hair loss, this sounded great! In the back of my mind i knew 95% was probably unlikely, having never done LHR before, but would still be satisfied with even 80%. To my regret, finishing the last session there was no more than a 40% hair removal, more like 25-35% hair removal. Even the women whom I had been receiving treatment from noticed a significant difference between where I was and where I should have been. After reviewing my file and determining that I in fact had done every session by the book and did not have any hormone problems, I was ensured that I could talk with Debbie about some complimentary extra sessions.

A month after playing phone tag with debbie and only 2 phone calls back, once only rang two times and the other Debbie called just to say she'll call back after reviewing my file (which they already had), I have yet to hear from Debbies laser hair removal. After x amount of money spent, 6 sessions of treatment, an absurd amount of time in the waiting room, and Debbies unprofessional manner, I am still shaving my "treated" area just as frequently as I was pre-Debbie's nightmare.

On top of poor results, this place is extremely unorganized and poorly managed. Not only would I have to wait in the lobby for 25-45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment to get called in, but most of the time I was called in late because Debbie was in the back conversing with the customers and taking up MY time. Some people like having that personal touch of shooting the breeze with the friendly owner, which is perfectly fine, but not on my time please!

Overall, Debbies has given me horrendous results, poor customer service, an unnecessary amount of wasted time, and a headache.

I feel so thankful with Debbie's Laser Hair Removal because they helped me regain self-confidence. I not only have a hairless face but also very smooth and soft skin. I had heard that laser hair removal was painful and was scared but my experience was totally painless. Great price, great people, great treatment. I could not ask for more!

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Debbie's Laser Hair Removal. Very gentle, professional and kind doctor who takes the time to specifically talk about the treatment. Previously, I was very self-conscious of my underarms because even after I shaved, I had a dark shadow. I had to shave everyday which also caused skin irritation and was unable to use sleeveless shirts. After 5 treatments at Debbie's Laser Hair Removal, I have no hair at all, no need to shave and the dark shadow in my uderarm is completely gone! I am really happy with my treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone. I have not seen any Laser Hair removal clinic with such good prices.
