Overall

They installed a 2.5 in lift for Gillman Jeep and installed part of it BACKWARDS. After almost 2 weeks of them having my new Jeep - it still wasn't right. I took it to Gas Pedal Industries on Kuykendahl and they fixed it . ZERO Stars for Custom.

Callous

Went with son to buy a used vehicle at closing time.
I asked too many questions, they told me how things were going to be done, and I could ""do it, or don't do it so they can get outta there"".
Went back next day, filled out paperwork with credit information on it, and asked the gentleman I was giving the info to and asked ""what's your name"". ""Junior"" he says, Junior would not reveal his first or last legal name
because "" why do I need it"".
I called back to make an appointment with the person in finance, and the owner Les told me "" I won't sell you a vehicle"".
Was I loud, obnoxious, rude, arrogant, no. I asked some legitimate questions, told them my credit was less than favorable, but that my son was buying the vehicle.
They don't need to sell vehicles, and their attitude from top to bottom conveys that clearly.
