Joyce Gaytan and Monique Garza have to be some of the most unprofessional individuals in this industry. Who harasses people with e-mails from 7 AM to 5:00 PM (literally) about paying a balance "immediately" that was not even delivered accordingly due to a data entry error. Not to mention they CC'd a third party who had no relevance to the conversation and all of my information was included in these emails. At least four misprints with my bill in 8 months, and they demand the money be due as soon as they find their mistake. Which is usually months later, or a couple of days after you have already paid a bill for them. And then I was accused as the customer of trying to steal an unpaid balance and also criticized for not paying my bills in a timely manner which is why there are always misprints? Request to get your bills via email so that you do not have to encounter such ignorance. Worst customer service and communication skills in life!
I got an email today (6/6/2016) from Monique Garza, the collection manager, explaining why she had the receptionist lie to me this morning while I was paying the overdue HOA of a Hong Kong owner who didn't have a U.S. bank yet. First, the receptionist told me Monique was on the phone. After I waited, I was told Monique was at lunch at 11:19 am. I was instructed to pay the receptionist. While I don't mind paying the receptionist, and skipping a visit with Monique, I do mind being lied to by the receptionist so that Monique doesn't have to get up, leave her office, and meet with me when she knew I was on my way. Monique could have told me weeks ago, or this morning, to just drop the check off with the receptionist and not lie to me. It's disrespectful and make you wonder what else they lie about. It shows how property management companies are becoming useless. With good property management software, any complex can become self-managing, save money and get the services they need.
Under no circumstances use this management company. We suspect they were in collusion with a Construction company after Hurricane IKE and we are still trying to dig ourselves out of a $1.2Mil boondoggle. Can't seem to get anyone to say where they actually did the work. Few believe they did the work.

selfless-inconsiderate prejudice staff, ive ever conducted business with..ive left messages email..not response for serious issues...i hv called police...gotten reports...lvm in supervisors machine and too staff..noone has assisted nor resolved any problems brought to their attention for these slum/trash properties..im fed up and will pursue further.B E T!

I have lived at a property they manage for over 19 years. When you have a problem, they are worthless. I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs that are not my responsibity. If you know a property is managed by Creative, BEWARE!!! Do not buy in there.

In my personal experience I can't stress enough the role Ms. Talamantez, Collection Manager played in assisting me in resolving by problem when I wasn't sure what alternatives I had or what I would have done. I would also like to thank her and her group for their worthy efforts and knowing that Ms. Talamantez went the extra mile to assist me in resolving my problem. What a relief it was for me once an amicable arrangement and understanding had been accomplished. Once again, I would like to thank Creative Management Company and Ms. Talamantez for all your help!

While visiting a property managed by Creative I spoke to some neighbors about the poor management of this Company. Overcharging, something called mortgage fraud where owners are not occupying the property(leasing),One person owning 20 apartments and deciding fees for all community. Not doing maintenance, etc. some other thing is that in Houston. Management companies can do foreclosures at will. Meaning they can charge you whatever they want or sell your house. Avoid any contact with this company!

My experience with Penny Campo has always been pleasant,she's very prompt in her responses to issues we have at Kenswick Condos. I praise her tact and professionalism during the time she's been property manager for Kenswick despite her dealings with some very demanding and never satisfied owners-wouldn't want anyone else if it could be helped

CM works hard together with the homeowner association to keep the property well maintained and they respond rapidly to problems that need attention. When I talk with friends who live places with other management companies, I'm aware we have a jewel with CM.
