I love what you have there at your salon. You did my hair and did my color and short cut. I'm the skinny, short haired woman in from LA. I'm a stylist too and enjoyed my visit with you. I was very impressed and wanted to thank you Melva. I may be moving to Houston and will be looking for a place to build. Sending you my resume from email@example.com
Pros: A funky place in a very cool neighborhood. My stylist was great.
Cons: The wait, and one of your stylist telling another person he was hungover while I paid.
Overall I liked the area and salon. Please check your email. Thank you.

I loved my coworkers hair so I decided to try her stylist. I got lucky and called. I was able to get my appointment the following day. I went in and melvie gave me a quick consultation. I enjoyed my conversation with her and her color and cut looked great! I looked great! :) I've been receiving compliments since. My husband never notices my hair and he even complimented me.
The salon is small but very comfy. Clean and my time was nice. thank you Cosa Bella.

I was given a gift certificate for a spa package for my birthday. I had called to schedule my manni and pedi and was able to schedule my haircut. This went well but I had to call a different person to get my facial service. This was just horrible because I tried calling 2 times with no answer. When I did reach her I had to go on a different day and she was late. The service was ok at best. I have had better facials at other places in the Heights. I worked at a salon before and know what a good facial is. She must have just finished beauty school. I did enjoy my nail services and the woman who cut my hair were very nice. I would go back but never for facials.

Myra is awesome! She takes her time to make sure everything is right and perfect. I have had so many compliments on my eye brows because of my services. She's personal and scheduling is so easy because she's so flexible!!! I feel like I'm going to my friend's house rather than going to a salon because the environment there is so relax, warming, and cheerful. Workers like each other and there's no gossip among each other while they're giving you service.
I totally would recommend all my friends here because of Myra. Well I would recommend strangers too because all my friends know about Myra.

I love Cosa Bella! They have an awesome location, excellent service and professional staff! I get my nails, eyebrows, haircuts and color there! I especially love the mimosas on Saturdays :) Arthur is a great stylist and always knows exactly what is the best style for you. Getting a manicure and pedicure is the best at Cosa Bella and super sanitary! And I truly feel like when I make an appointment with Myra, for my eyebrows, I am making an appointment to see a good friend. And that is what I love the most about Cosa Bella, the friendly atmosphere!

I added that fifth star because of the boutique next door. I love shopping. I live in the Heights and have driven by so many times. I stopped and had my hair cut the first time and it was okay. But then I had an emergency because someone at SC ruined my color. I asked for a color specialist and got Melvie. She was so awesome and fixed my hair. I cant tell you how happy I was to find her. They look like a cool group of girls there.

I've been a customer for 5 months now and I really like this salon. I had my hair done by two stylist and I was very happy with both. This is NOT your type of spa that is uptight or snooty. Cosa Bella seems to be more of a hair salon more than that type. They do have massage and facials there but I've only tried hair and pedicures there. Melvy is my stylist and she gave me a nice color and haircut. It's kind of hard to get on her book if you go with her. Andria cut my hair on my last visit and it was great! I live in the Montrose area and it was only a 10 minutes from my home. I'm excited about this place.

Cosa Bella Salon and Day Spa is absolutely fabulous! I adore the ambiance and atmosophere of the whole place. Very soothing yet refreshing and super friendly. My family and I have been going there for some time now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEING ARTHUR for your next visit. During the past few years Arthur has done a superb job of listening tentatively to my needs and wants. I have changed my hair style and color quite a bit. Every time he has giving me knowledgeable feedback and suggestions. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and delivers every time. Let Arthur do your hair and I am confident you will love it!

I live in the Heights and know that there are salons on every other street. Believe me, I've tried them all. I called Cosa Bella and was able to get my hair colored by Arthur. It was awesome and he was so nice. He showed me how to style it and gave me the product for it too. Let me give you my scoop. This place has been around for awhile and I can see why. They are so nice there and care about their work. I listened to the other stylist talk with their customers and they were also very helpful. I met Melvie, she was the sweetest person and welcomed me when I told her it was first time. I loved the laughter and smiles! Go see Arthur, he will take care of you!

I have been a client of Cosa Bella for 5 years now and am happy with the services I've recieved there. I get my hair colored by Melvie and my nails by Maya now. It isnt a salon for the snobbish for sure. This place is perfect for anyone that is looking for a great cut and good people. Melvie is a great stylist and gave my child her first childs cut. She can do it all! Miya is the sweetest person. Love this place!

Cosa Bella looks like a hair salon more than a day spa after you walk in. It was pretty busy when I went in. Everyone was nice there and I was told that my stylist was running a couple of minutes late. Looking around it seemed pretty clean and my stylist did a great job. He was very polite and my color came out just the way I wanted. I was told that they give massages upstairs and only have one pedicure chair. I'm getting my pedicure next!

I stopped for a $50 dollar massage and also tried a haircut my second time in. They're on the corner of Yale street and 16th. You can get your massage by several nice people there. Mine was a young gentleman and he was very professional. I met the owner and she was super sweet. Everyone there was very kind on my first visit. I had an awesome time at Cosa Bella and will be back soon! Thank you ladies and gentlemen :)

The salon itself is really cute and in a great location in the Heights, but the staff is so rude that it ruined everything for me. They could be the best in the industry but it just doesn't matter. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. From the receptionist to my hairdresser, the whole experience was horrible.

I saw Cosa Bella while walking by one day and decided to poke my head in and ask about massages. A woman named Melvi helped me and gave me the info I needed. I was very impressed how the atmosphere inside was. There were blow dryers blowing and music and laughter. I felt I should give this place a chance. Melvi cut my hair and It looks fabulous! She is so friendly and just a great young lady.
This is just a gem in my neighborhood. Thank you Melvi!

This is a great place to go if you live in the Heights! It is so convenient... It is lovely inside and Arthur is amazing. He is great at listening to what you want in the way of color and style. My first visit was 5 weeks ago and I will be returning to see Arthur next week. I recommend this salon and spa to all (even if you don't live in the Heights). You will not be disappointed... You will be relaxed and taken care of thoroughly!!! Enjoy :)

This is a nice place off Yale street that has really good prices but a rude front desk and sub-par facial may have ruined it for me. Melvi is a great stylist and a very sweet person. I wasnt happy with my facial at all and the woman at the front desk didnt even smile or look at me. She rang me up, asked me to sign and went straight back to looking at her computer. I will only go back for my hair service with Melvi.

Came in to the salon for hair coloring. Being the first time coloring my hair, I was a bit apprehensive about the process but I was completely satisfied once my hair was done. This thanks to Melvie and staff, they made it feel all right. Cosa Bella is one of the first who is certified in using the new Inoa hair coloring products. I had heard a lot of comments regarding hair coloring but my experience was totally the opposite; the Inoa product was not smelly, it didn't itch my scalp and the removal, scalp massage, prior to washing definitely something worth paying for. To top that the end product; silky, shiny and odorless hair left me completely pleased! Truly a great experience at Cosa Bella since everyone was very hospitable and funny throughout the process!
Thank you Melvie and Staff!
