I have been to a couple different nail salons, and wanted to see what else was out there. This place was close to my house and had great reviews. I decided to try it out yesterday. I did not have an appointment, but was accommodated quickly. THe tech was polite and asked me what I needed. Not only was she very meticulous, but she worked quickly as well. I got a gel french manicure and was in and out in under an hour. The inside of the salon was calming and relaxing. The price was right too, considering they used brand-new, sterile tools. I think I might just have to make this place my new go-to salon

Love, love, love this place. First and foremost, they do a great job with the standard manicure/ pedicure. The place is clean and pleasant enough. The prices are a bargain.

Best nail shop in the area.

I will never set foot in here ...

I will never set foot in here again… I walked in before another woman, was seated after her. Ladies (all of them) were rude; never said hello, never initiated conversation, never thanked me, never smiled - no professionalism only resentment and rough style / they stunk / had no manners or respect for my shoes, purse, or body. It was as though I was invading their territory. Lady almost ruined my LV purse by insisting the bowl of nail polish remover be set over my purse. Needless to say I moved my purse. The woman doing my hands kept slapping my wrists hard / hard cruel slaps that left red marks and traumatized me. By far the worst manicure / pedicure quality I've ever had / payment asked for upfront at walk-in. In closing they try to charge $5 to scrub your feet w/ a pedicure and don’t ask you until your foot is in the bowl! All pedicures include the scrubbing of the feet! I told the woman this and was -very- upset at that point and she would not stop harassing me - I had to say "I don't want to talk about this". I turned my head the other direction in disgust. I worked all day to come and get what I thought would be a relaxing pedicure and manicure days ago and ended up being the worst nail business deceit I've ever seen in my life. I walked out with my nails and feet wet to my friends across the street at Ulta who all said they hear nothing but complaints about that place / they will never set foot in there again because they have been treated so roughly there / ruins your day and energy. This is days later and I'm still upset over it. Do not waste your time and be treated like trash at a place like this / or by people like this.

Will never go back

I was in desperate need of a manicure & pedicure so I decided to try this place out. Unfortunately, I?ll never go back. One woman worked on my hands while the other did my feet, and their work was not at all of the quality you would expect at a nail salon. One of the women kept messing up and had to start over a few times. If I wanted this quality, I would have done my nails myself! She failed to mention it when she asked me if I wanted to dry my nails, but using the electric dryer will cost you $2, and I just checked my bill and they?ve also overcharged my credit card. So not only do they not know how to do nails, they also steal your money. Needless to say Classic Nails won?t be getting 5 stars from me.
