here should be a choice for zero stars, as what this place really deserves it!
Horrible service! Unprofessional management!
I go there regularly to see the beautiful waitresses and for some food and beer. I sometimes hit the North or the 59 locations.
I mostly ask for one waitress; of course, because I have a preference for one of the girls to serve me. I usually have four or five names so I can always ask for someone I know, that can take care of me, and that I consider pretty as well.
I walked into this location and I ask for one girl and they said she is on break. No big deal. I asked for another one and I said to sit in a table and she will be there. Then another girl goes and greets me. I pointed out that I asked for one girl and if she can wait on me. Then my server tells me that she is "busy with her tables" (???). I don't see an apparent reason why she cannot take care of me, as many waitresses there takes care of many tables at the same time and she had, at that time, three one-tops and one two-top. I was not that happy about it, especially since this is not the first time this occurred.
First at all, let me say the kind of client I am. I look for some talking to the servers, but I am only a little talkative and I always respect them. I don't consume a lot most of the time, but I leave a $10 tip in a $10 to $20 tab (I adjust more or less tip according to the service quality). I sometimes take one friend and tip even more. Nothing abnormal as you can see...
Well. That feeling ended today. After I informed the manager about the situation (Fernanda, I guess, which did not do anything at all), she said she will "talk to them". Lame answer. And then, after I finished my meal, I saw the first waitress back on the floor, Brittany. So I wanted to sit with her and drink a couple of beers. I got service denied on me from her, as the manager is in some sort of obscure agreement with these girls.
I don't know if it is because most of the time I don't consume a lot, or I don't drink, or the fact that there are some girls (and even the manager, an ex-server) that try to do whatever they want and run the place at their please. But it is just bad! They made me feel like an undesirable person. Maybe I'd understand the situation better is they explain the reason of this behavior in a kind and professional manner, but nothing of this happened. And I was thinking on writing a review on Facebook, but of course, comments are disabled, and I can only imagine that the reason for it is that they perform horrible most of the time.
They made me feel very unwelcomed. I will not be back at this location, and I will make sure my friends know. Even though I like the 59 location, this kind of issues (as I repeat, this is not the only one occurred at this place) make me feel the other locations hard to recommend and patronize as well.
I am an educated, well-mannered and professional person, but these mafia girls (waitresses seemed to run the place) really know how to make a person fell like a trashy weirdo :(
What a horrible place never ever again The management was rude and they messed up my order and he wanted to deduct 5 dollars and I had to wait for 20 minutes for a server to come and I had to get up three times for refills and condiments since no one came to check up I can't believe the management never go here its a nightmare bad customer service and the manager is very rude and didn't care

A group of five of us went there for lunch after one of our colleagues recommended the food. The Mexican food was average at best and the wings were exactly as mvillarreal describes, precooked and reheated. The food would maybe warrant a 2 star review, but it's the service that was some of the worst I had ever experienced.
First, let me point out that the restaurant was not crowded and our waitress had only our table and one more was added to her section towards the end of our meal. Now to the service....describing it as bad would be giving our service too much credit. After taking our orders initially, two separate people came back to the table on three different occasions to clarify our orders, only to end up wrong. One person ordered the Texas Nachos with no meat and they came out with beef. When it was brought to the waitress' attention, she told us she could take it back the kitchen and ""scrape off the meat."" This person declined and said she would be able to remove the meat herself. This same person ordered a side of sour cream, which didn't come out initially. Only after she was half-way through her meal and after two reminders, did it actually come out.
Finally the bill fiasco. Remember the beef on the nachos I mentioned before? They charged us for it and when it was brought to the managers attention, she said that we should have ""let them scrape off the meat, or have them make ""new"" nachos."" We explained that because we were out for lunch at work, that we did not have the time to have them remake the food. Only after a few minutes of a heated discussion with the manager unwilling to budge, did she finally give in and agree to change the price.
While looking at my bill, I noticed that the price charged for chips and salsa was charged incorrectly. The price on the menu - $1.99, the price charged - $2.99. This was also brought to the waitress' attention. Her response was that she couldn't make the change, so I should ""just pay $8"", which was $1 less than my lunch. Seemed like a good solution to her, but paying with a credit card made that option impossible. So I was charged the full price and left no tip, which is something I almost never do.
I will never be returning to this establishment due to the poor service, below average/average food and dishonest and unreasonable management. If you do decide to dine here, make sure to check you bill for pricing accuracy so you don’t get screwed out of your hard earned money, like we almost did. This begs the question, how many other unsuspecting people have overpaid for items that are mispriced on their menu?
I can't even give this place any stars, the food was VERY mediocre. We ordered fried pickles & there were like 20 pickles on the plate for $6. We all ordered wings & they got 1 out of the 4 orders correct. Then when one of my friends sent hers back b/c the sauce was wrong, they just covered them with hot sauce instead of making her a new order. It literally took 4 people to reverse the credit card charge for the wrong order of wings. Once we paid our check it took almost 15 minutes to get them back. They weren't even busy!! This place is worse then Hooters!!! The boneless ""wings"" weren't even wings, they were more like chicken bites!!
Went with a group of friends for a meal and drinks. Sorry to say the wings weren t worth the money. They tasted as if they were precooked/ extra crispy. More like chicharrones or pop corn chicken. When the 4 YOUNG ladies brought out our food, everyone of them was clueless as to what they were serving. Mind you it was wrong! We won t be returning.
