The experience was great, from the assistants in the front desk to the Doctor and hygienists they were all so polite and professional that they deserve all the compliments one can give. And the Doctor is so educated and well trained! i never thought a root canal treatment could be painless! flawless technique! congratulations to all! and the costs are so much more reasonable than anywhere else
The dentist is fabulous, painless and friendly. He listens to all my concerns. The dental assistance are tops. The office manage is very nice and efficient. I love going there. They are always able to accommodate me for urgent needs.

I was not blessed with great teeth and my love of soda shows. I had to get 2 cavities filled and a root canal. Even though I had all this done I was not in pain once. I read the reviews, but decided to go anyway, its close to my house, and my insurance didn't give me many choices. I am happy to say that this dentist and staff have found a life long customer in me. I have never been treated better by a dentist, ever. If you have a fear of going to the dentist I am telling you know you should just stop in and meet him. He will change your outlook... he did for me. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. He could see I was nervous so he explained everything that he did and why he was doing it.
The front staff and dental assistants are also really friendly and when I walked in greeted me by name. You just cannot get that anymore. I really just wanted to let people know that this is a great place to go.

i know people have been saying that castle dental on kirby dr is not worth going there but let me tell you guys and gals that the dr that is there now is a five star doctor he tell you what is needed for the best need for your health the manger that is there she is so sweet and friendly the front office person is sweet as well that is an old office with NEW STAFF you have to check them out they have many options that you can choose from if the money is not right in your wallet im telling you the people that is there really care and take the time out for thier patients keep up the good work DOC AND STAFF I'LL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER VISIT

This is the worst place ever. First they screwed up my root canal for which they charged me an arm and a leg. It was just not the root canal but also the crown which they insisted on which costed a fortune. The root canal was all done wrong and the crown was not placed in right position.
1 year later I was still in pain, in comes a new doctor and sends me off to an endodontist for retreatment of the root canal they screwed up.
I was still ok and I asked for my documents to take to the endodontist. I called for 1 entire week but no response. All they had to do was copy the records and the x-rays and give it to me. I was ready to hand pick them. When I finally called them, the lady at the front desk Maureen yelled at me, called me names and hung up on me.
Now I am a physician myself and I know my rights as a patient. I am seriously considering a lawsuit and needless to say I am not going back to this horrible horrible place.
If not good dentistry they need to learn good manners to behave with patients.

I had several very positive visits to this dental clinic, and specifically with Dr. Abraham. Several months later, my wife was told by the office staff that Dr. Abraham had left and that they are waiting for a new dentist.
After waiting for many weeks, my wife tried to make a needed dental appointment and was told that they still did not have a dentist on site and was told to ""do whatever you need to do!""
I certainly cannot recommend this practice any longer, especially with such horrendous customer service.

I'm irritated I have to give them 1 star. They deserve less....When I showed for my checkup and cleaning, they said the hygienist wasn't even in so I would need to come back for, not one, but TWO more visits. Who's ever head of 3 appointments to get your teeth cleaned? Later, I found out, they billed my insurance for 3 separate visits though I'd only seen them once. Furthermore, they said I needed a 'deep' cleaning (the reason for the mysterious 3rd appointment). I jumped ship, and found another dentist to clean my teeth (in one visit). He said the deep cleaning diagnosis was ludicrous- something Castle frequently uses to pad their pockets. Steer clear, wise Googlers.
