Buyer Beware! Was a customer for over 6 years and always paid on time. My plan expired (2 months) and the 2nd month my rates increased over 60%!!! I received a $500 electric bill for the month of August. When I called to see if anything could be done, they said "No, that just happens." I immediately switched to another carrier. Bounce Energy is phenomenal. The prices are low, rewards are constantly offered, and the online customer service is instant! They are much better than my old electricity provider Just Energy. Its very good electric company and I have been using since 1 and 1/2 year without any problem. Also they have very good reward program and gives you cash back of $50 , $25 etc on time to time like for 3 or 6 months or if autopay chosen. Awesome company. Very pleased. I've been with them over a year and just signed up for 18 months more. The rewards are wonderful. My last bill was $42. Can't beat that. I signed up my mom, son and mother-in-law.
Haven't had any problems with customer service. They gave been excellent!!!
Customer Service sucks. When I called to the customer service, the agent on the other side was not even capable of looking up my account, and asked me" are you sure you are with Bounce Energy"? When I changed my address, she kept taking the wrong house number, and was not even bothered to check the house number with me. When I asked her to repeat the number to me, she said "Oh I already submitted it", and it turned out that she had the wrong house number. Save yourself, and don't choose Bounce Energy.
Honestly one of the best electric companies I've used. I've received all of my rewards and my bill is usually around $60 a month, so when I get the $50 bill credits in rewards, I either pay about $10 bucks or my electricity for that month or its completely free :) I've never had an issue with customer service, but one thing I do is always click the "new customer" option, it's much quicker to get to an agent that way! I got almost $150 when I first signed up. I got $75 bill credit and $75 in rewards, just use coupon code 1589531. All my family members that signed up used this coupon code and received the same benefits :)

They do not honor your loyalty, the do not honor your devotion to them. When you switch providers when a much lower rate comes out, no matter if you go over your contract date or are 1 day early, they will hit you with an early termination fee, that is down right unethical. I was a customer for 3 years, was notified that my contract was up, I asked for rates, and they told me 10.8, and I found another offering 6.8, so you know what I did I went with the cheaper rate like anyone else. But since I "Switched" they terminated my account, even though the new provider was not taking over till Mid month, so I had to call and have the new provider move up my connection date.

If this does not convey your opinion of them, then I am sorry, but I was loyal and faithful to them, but when they could not offer me a better plan, they decided it in their best interest to punish their customers.
You may like them now, but you sure will not like them when your bill comes and when you are able to find a better provider.

SO I switched from Bounce to another provider that offered much better plans and Bounce turned my last bill over to a collection agency right away. Like a week after it became late. The infuriating thing is they lock you out of your online account when you drop them so you cant pay your last bill. They also won't send you a paper bill. A representative I talked to on the phone said they did to this everybody. They'll never get another red cent of mine, EVER again. In fact I'll go out of my way to make sure none of my family and friends sign up with them either. Very underhanded and slimy company.
Also I'd bet my bottom dollar 90% of the positive reviews for this company are just fake people that Bounce cheats the rating system with. Yes they are that disgusting.
You see that number up there? Yeah... not only does that save me $50 on my next bill but YOU also get $50 on YOUR bill.
You can't tell me that's not a win win situation for both of us. Just think of the $50 you'll save by using my referral code. What will I do with it?
