My sales person, Gilbert, pro-actively called me to let me know some options available to me if I was interested. The deal was agreeable so we came up to the dealership and we were done in an hour's time. Probably the fastest I have ever completed a car deal, and a very refreshing change it was. I also have enjoyed working with Gilbert each of the times I have purchased a car from Bayway, which is now the past three times. I also have a positive comment about the envelopes containing the phrase ""In God We Trust"". It represents pride in being both Christians and Americans, and I agree with both parts of that sentiment.

It was the fastest and easiest car purchase EVER.... Frederick Young made it so simple. All questions were answered either by a phone call or by email. Not your usual high pressure salesman experience. He was AMAZING! He made you his friend..... great salesman!

This is our 5th new car purchase with Bayway with Fred. He is a strong salesperson. We were in the last year of a 3 year lease. We had a 2009 MKS. Fred called on a Friday to tell us about a early release on the lease. Wednesday he delivered our new 2011 MKS to my office. We didn't need a newer car the one we had was awesome. He is the follow up master and a kind man. We really like Fred. WE have been with Bridgette in the service department quite a long time. She is awesome. She is so funny and kind.She really listens when we have a problem. This is the second time we have dealt with Cynyhia. She is awesome as well. YOU GUYS ARE ROCK STARS. IF WE PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE IT WILL BE A LINCOLN AND WE WILL PURCHASE FROM FRED HOYER AT BAYWAY!!!!!

Excellent. Bayway lincoln was not my first stop. I also received numerous calls from other dealerships when I posted my information online. jamie is wonderful. I decided to buy from him even before i met him. He convinced me by buying a $9 flashdrive which I eventually kept. That is what I call taking the time to give your customer what they need even if the cost is minimal. That thing that seems minor in one persons eye might mean the world to another. Amazing,we are so pleased with the way everything was coordinated &went so smoothly. The follow up with services from maintainance to repair was a great touch. Frederick Young rocks! Even after our purchase he still calls to make sure we know that you all are there to help us if needed. Ford Lincoln should be proud to have Bayway represent them.

My sales representative Jamie could not have been any better.He took extra time to explain all the features and to ensure I understood them before I left the dealership. He even offered to come to my home to help me with my garage door opener if I could not figure it out.Being a recent widow this was above and beyond my expectations.I had no problem recommending him to my family. My niece purchased a new vehicle from him a week later.

Let me tell you why I purchased from Bayway.I had been a McRee Ford customer for several years. I thought their attitude and service was great and had no plans to change dealers. In fact, I attempted to buy a vehicle there before coming to Bayway. So, what happened?I just don't like to haggle over price. I want a very simple transaction. Tell me what you will trade for and I will say ""yes"" or ""no."" However, I do not want to haggle over the final price. The McRee salesman agreed to do that. The McRee salesman and sales manager didn't respect what was wanted. In fact, after turning down their first offer, they continued to make lower offers as I was exiting. I came to Bayway knowing that you provided loaners for owners. I contacted Jamie on the internet and made an appointment. I told him how I would like to trade. Just tell me the deal and I will take it or leave it. He agreed. He asked what we were looking for-we wanted a light colored Mariner with a leather interior. He came back in a few minutes with the Mariner we purchased. Figured out the deal and we purchased. Ite was a good experience. We were reacquainted with Bridget. Several years past she had been our Service Rep. at McRee.
Our experience was so good that we intend to drive from Sugar Land, Texas for service with Bayway. Joe, Anna, Cynthia, Fred, the pin stripping team, and Justin were extremely helpful. Everyone with whom we came in contact with was friendly and considerate. We are extremely pleased with our MKT and Bayway Lincoln. Thanks to all who helped us.
I really like Bridget. The car does not accumulate many miles, so making the excursion for service is not a real problem. Based upon another Mercury Grand Marquis, it shouldn’t need much service and I’m not “sold” some things I don’t need. That is appreciated.
