AMC Movie Theater

Provided by Citysearch -I love this theatre. I'm kind of a high-tech geek and must say that RMP has the best picture quality (DLP projectors) in Houston. The location is very convenient (for me at least) and the theatre is always clean.

Provided by Citysearch -We took our family of 5 to see Gran Torino on 2/11/09. The theater was empty except for us and 1 other woman. The sound level of the movie was impossible for ANY of us to hear. Within 10 minutes of the start of the movie, I went OUT & complained to the manager. He came in and stood at the end of the aisle for several minutes.........I finally ask him after quite a while if they were doing anything about the sound and he said they were ""supposed"" to be working on it. We definitely would have left and demanded a refund of our money if my family had not been visiting from Florida and flying out the next day. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! THE VOLUME NEVER IMPROVED. WHAT A WASTE.........I WAS LIVID TO SAY THE LEAST. AND to top it all off, I have been trying for 2 days to log in to the corporate website, BUT it is no longer available. IMAGINE THAT.........................

Provided by Citysearch -Love this theater, it is close to home, great security (always visible) and clean. Enough lines as to not such a long wait. Video games could be alot better they will take your money. But all and all we love it.

Provided by Citysearch -Took my family to the theater to see Shrek 3 this weekend. We purchased our tickets and snacks and went to get our seats but found there was no seats left. They had 6 rows of seats reserved for parties. This shouldnt be allowed on the first week of a big movie opening. When we went to get our money back we were not given any apology and they took the food and just threw it away. In todays age we have computers, you would think that they would be able to tell someone that they are sold out.
