This shop is great.

They shop promised me genuine parts to preserve the value in my car even AFTER the insurance only paid for "alternate" used and aftermarket parts. I did not realize the insurance does not care about my car value but Allied certainly did care.

The insurance was very pushy and insisting on using their network shops. That practice is very wrong! They only want to save their own money in parts, labor and rentals.

Allied helped me and handled everything like family.

They also promised me a loaner car if the insurance rental would not be extended. I did not need the loaner but it was nice to know it was available.

I had accident on February 25th and I told my car to Allied Collision on Bissonnet I haven't got my car back tomorrow is going to be 2 months and they fix it lot of problems with that but they're promising me my son's coming home I spent $7,500 with them but I'm still at the car I'm paying $607 a month payment for my car and now now they gave me a loaner car 2010 Toyota Camry I'm driving this piece of crap so before you go there you the tow truck people ask you to go there they're nice friendly service but the work they do it sucks I'm hoping to get my car back soon I don't know what else to do waiting on their Mercy right now so please before you told your car unknown places two people tell you they will take care of you think twice and take your car to your home let the insurance to figure out auto dealership not individual people leather repair shop

I have a car with over 300,000 miles. Ive brought my car here for over 3 years because I know I can trust them to get my car running if it is ever messing up. One time, my engine was burning oil and I brought here, I was told it would take 3 days to fix and repair my engine and on the end of the third day it was ready. If there is a problem with my car they are honest in pricing and do great repair work.

I had my Chrysler 300 repaired at allied collision. To be honest I have been through a lot of body shops, and mechanic shops, but this place is the best place I have ever been too. Ayman and Mohammed set me through the process and they where very helpful through out the repairs. Indeed, this shop did a great job on my 8000 dollar repair and my car looks greater than before!!!! I am very happy with the steps the staff ook to make sure my car was covered by insurance after a flood. when the insurance company payment didnt arrive they let me pick up my car with proof of payment from the insurance company. i am so happy to have my car back
