AirCon Service Company specializes in excellent customer service while providing air conditioning and heating services for residential and commercial customers. We work with home and business owners by providing maintenance on existing air conditioning and heating equipment, repairing air conditioning and heating equipment and replacing air conditioning and heating equipment. We consult with our customers to ensure they are making the best decision for their home or business. AirCon Service Company was established in 1969. We service the greater Bay Area: Pearland to Galveston and LaPorte to Texas City. AirCon is family owned and operated. The equipment AirCon Service Company installs is all top-rated; however, it is the quality of installation for an HVAC system that is the most important. The 3-man team performing the installation did excellent work for our residence. Our two complete systems were installed and operational over a 2-day period. The crew worked approximately 12 hours each day. They were highly respectful, diligent in their efforts, and polite.
Additionally, I commend the company for the knowledge of the estimator and willingness to answer my numerous inquiries to equipment and install specifics. The AirCon quality/install inspector was thorough and cordial in response to my air quality monitoring questions. The install/scheduling manager provided excellent service in accommodating my schedule.
If you are intending to have a new system installed, I advise to: 1) do the homework to understand the equipment and cost benefit; 2) ask questions as needed for understanding complexities; and 3) above all, recognize the need for a quality installation.

Great service, I asked for the service and tech was scheduled within 24 hours. The tech identified the issue within 15 minutes and repair was done in a few hours because tech had to go get the new part. Both dispatch and the tech were very communicative. I will defiantly call them again.

Patrick and Jodi were terrific and fast at repairing my burned out motor from my heater. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, but worked hard throughout the day to locate a more cost effective option for me than what the manufacturer offered them. They made trips to 2 different locations to obtain the needed parts so my job could come in for a more reasonable price. They answered all our questions and provided great technical service and awesome customer service. Their magnet now sits on my refrigerator. Should I need anything additional for my A/C or heater, I'll be calling them. Job well-done!

From the phone call for service to the speedy arrival of the technician I was very pleased. My ac just stopped working and I was in desperate need of help. Will was prompt, clean and courteous. A new Rudd air conditioning and heating system was installed in 2010. AirCon did the installation, which was during the summer and did a fantastic job. AirCon has been very responsive and helpful. Cost of services are reasonable. The recent issue was a code 27..power surge. Technician was able to diagnose quickly and resolve.

My central AC was causing me lots of problems. Evey time it would get over 95 degrees it would shut down. It would come back on one to three sweltering hours later. I had called numerous AC people to my home in the past couple of years re this problem and heard many excuses and do this or that prevention suggestions, but no real fix.
I called Air Con out on a Sunday night, and Ricky came. He checked everything and accessed the problem. Told me it was the compressor causing the issues, and that it should be replaced.(I had also read that this could be the problem online so it sounded right) We discussed approximate costs to replace the unit or just the compressor, I located the paperwork on the AC and he said he would check to see if it was still under warranty/ (the company who installed the system originally is no longer in business and we weren't sure if what was written in the blank spaces of the contract were i in effect) Fast forward to Tuesday Morning. Ricky had contacted the manufacturer, and it was indeed under warranty. I said order it. He did, and they (Clayton and Tony) installed it exactly 8 days later.
I also want to say that Brandi called to make sure I was happy with the service call by Ricky. She also called back to schedule the install. Melissa called to make sure the install went as planned and to ask if I was happy with the service.

We have used AirCon two times to service our aging air conditioner system in the last 3 years, and both times they have responded quickly. Each person we have worked with, including the office staff, has been extremely friendly and willing to do what it takes to get everything working again.
The first service call was for a fan motor in the outdoor part of the A/C. When the part came in, the tech's were all on calls, so the owner actually came out and replaced it.
I have personally recommended AirCon to my neighbors and will continue to use them in the future. They have treated us as if we are family.

We have used AirCon for previous A/C work and they have always been fast, courteous and do great work. When our evaporator needed replacement, they went the extra mile and installed a switch in our overflow pan to prevent it from overflowing onto the ceiling. i didn't even realize it until the next time I went in the attic.
This time AirCon came to the rescue when our furnace went out. The blower motor was making a lot of noise and I called AirCon. The technician came out and found that the vibrations had caused a gas leak in our attic! He quickly stopped the leak and diagnosed the problem. He then explained my options and gave me a written estimate for fixing the problem. I could either replacing the blower or replacing the entire furnace (both included fixing the gas leak). The furnace was 19 years old and was at the end of its life. I spoke to the tech about my options and he didn't pressure me, but recommended replacing the whole unit. I typically don't do the morst expensive option, but in this case, I decided to go ahead and do the whole furnace, since it was so old and the entire new unit would have a warranty.
A few hours after he left the blower stopped running and we now had no A/C! I called back and they brought out a portable unit to keep us cool until they could replace the furnace.
They did a great job and I am amazed at how quiet the new Rudd unit is! AirCon even had to do more work than anticipated due to my attic configuration, but honored the original estimate. They were very professional and a real life saver! Thanks AirCon!

Our AC wasn't cooling the house properly, so we called AirCon. They charged a $60 trip fee and then did another $40 worth of work. The tech sold us a service plan for $10.75 per month so that they could make the unit more efficient. With the service plan, the tech comes out twice a year and does various things to improve the AC system, keeping a look out for needed maintenance.
The AC never cooled the house any better. In fact, we had to call them out again, this time paying an $85 trip charge in addition to more $ for labor and repairs. They never told us exactly what was wrong with our unit or why the house was always hot, just kept letting us keep calling them and paying trip charges, monthly fees, and other charges.
We finally called another company which came out for free. They told us we needed more intake vents in order for the house to cool properly, did not sell us anything we didn't need like a bogus service plan, and were up front about what was going on.
The next time I need an AC guy, I'll be calling the second company.
As the Marketing Manager for AirCon, I personally follow up on every single service call or installation that we do. Per my notes on her account, I spoke with this person myself, once in Oct.2011, and twice in March (the 2nd & 3rd calls) & she told me everything was fine on all 3 service calls. She didn't mention anything negative at all, otherwise I would have asked her what we could do to make things right for her. As it is, she received a $79.50 check up for only $43.00 because she paid $10.75 for 4 months of her service plan (she signed up on March 18 to July 20 when she cancelled). A few weeks ago, I left several messages and also sent her an email to find out what we need to do to make her feel like she was treated fairly. She returned my call days later and we agreed to refund her money as she asked. I don't know why she wrote this review now after we have already mailed her a refund check and also followed up after all her service calls and she told us at that time that everything was fine. I don't know what else we could do to make this person happy...
AirCon went above and beyond from the start. Our upstairs a/c went out at the end of last summer. The AirCon technician arrived on time, told us what the procedure would be in diagnosing the problem, then presented us with options. We decided to replace the unit and could not be more pleased with the results. AirCon is the only company we will ever use and highly recommend them.

I can highly recommend AirCon for new A/C installation. I have an older house with some special space considerations, and they worked with me to find a system to fit. We agreed on a price and the new system was installed the next day exactly as specified. Due to the age of my existing system and my attic's limited access, the installation took a bit longer than expected and I'm sure was more work than originally anticipated, but there was no attempt to charge for extra labor, new ductwork, etc. I would definitely use them again.

AirCon came through for us once again! On November 15th, Tech ""Ricky"" performed our semi-annual furnace check and determined our 17 year Lennox unit was not operating properly, beyond repair and possibly leaking carbon monoxide. He and his supervisor quickly provided a competitive price to replace the unit (with Ruud equipment) and scheduled the work for the following day. AirCon performed the service and kept it's commitment to price, quality and schedule!
As a repeat customer who had AirCon completely replace our large A/C system ($5,738) March 2011, I continue to be quite pleased with this company's Customer Service. From the person who first answered the phone (Denise) to the Tech who diagnosed the problem (Ricky) and the Tech's who replaced the bad unit (Will & Mike), this company provides excellent Customer Service. (I would be remiss if I didn't mention Melissa, who calls you the following day to make sure all systems are working properly). Needless to say, I will continue to recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors! You simply cannot go wrong with AirCon!

I'm so happy that we found AirCon. I was lucky enough to pull them up in a Google search! We've been using them for over a year now and have been very impressed. It's hard to find an good reputable AC company. We've found AirCon to be reliable and trustworthy. The level of customer service they provide is unparalleled. Each and every employee we've come in contact with has consistently been courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We initially signed up for their service plan and because they earned our trust and had the best price in town, we eventually had them replace our extremely old unit. The technicians are always quick, clean and respectful. We just couldn't be happier! I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you AirCon! It's so nice to deal with a company that really seams to take pride in their work and wants to make their customers happy!
In May 2011 the house was 80+ at 7pm and a 2 year old was very unhappy. Air Con was called and came with the appropriate parts and fixed it within 30 minutes. The nice repair man was professional, gracious and efficient. He worked in the pitch dark backyard with a headlight. I have used these people for regular service and the rare emergency service since 1974--always reasonable price, works quickly and never leaves a mess. Air Con is #1 in My Book!
First of all I wanted to thank the Community Newsletter for their advertising section. I recently had an AC breakdown during a week where Houston was experiencing and breaking all the temperature records. I first called my home warranty service and was told it would be a week before they could get to me. Not satisfied with their response I picked up the Community Newsletter and began looking for an AC Service Company in our area. I immediately noticed Air Con and quickly gave them a call. It was after hours yet I was pleasantly greeted over the phone and handled like I was part of the Family. Air Con immediately dispatched a Technician to my residence. Ricky showed up and quickly analyzed the problem. The first thing the next morning Air Con was here and replaced the broken part and I had cool air once again. The following day Air Con called me to follow up on their work. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the Company and the courteous actions of the Staff and Technicians. As I said before I felt like I was part of the family. I thought the days of the “Customer comes first” were gone. It is nice to know that Air Con still serves the customer and treats them as a family member. I could not have been treated any better. They also stuck to their original quote, which was very affordable. My hearty thanks to the Community Newsletter and Air Con. I would definitely recommend Air Con to anyone needing AC service.
