Accutax Software

Accutax is the worst tax software I have ever used. They do not stand by their product or service delivery. I paid for the WEBPro and I had constant errors with the software. When I called in for technical assistance the line was always busy or online technical assistance could not assist with my issues. When you email them you get a message that says they have high call and email volume and will get back with you. It took almost two weeks for them to get back to me. Most of the time I had to just figure it out. The Software lay out looks real BETA. I explained my situation and explained that I lost money and customers. I was simply told that it was no REFUND. Consumers, Please Beware. Accutax is a low budget scam.
