Rude lying customer service reps and horrible service. I moved into this house that had a switchhold, faxed all my paper work, new lease, and request of service etc was lied too and told we are working on it for days, turns out acacia had the switchhold and it took a call to the utility commission, who were AWESOME, to get my electric on the next day! 2 weeks after faxing the paperwork. they even sent me a detailed letter stating acacia was in the wrong and what happened. been two months now with these scammers and the lil twist bulbs in every light socket and still costs me 100 a week for electric in my little house. RUN AWAY!!!!
This place is a SCAM they put a switch hold on my account without telling me than when I tried to get them to play it for me they moved me around from one department to another for 3 hrs. I called center point to get my readings and it looks like they are adding KW to my account because I multiplied my usage by there rate and my numbers are way ower than what they are saying I'm using everyday. I put 53.00 on monday and its only thursday and I'm in danger of being disconnected. So 53.00 won't even get you a weeks worth of power!

This company is a total scam. I'm finding out that there over charegeing me and put a switch hold on my account. They told me I agreed to it and when I asked to listen to it they moved me from one department to another for 3hrs. before I gave up and hung up. I am seeking legal services because of them over charging. BEWARE!!! Stay away!!
THEY ARE HORRIBLE I RATE THEM A NEGATIVE 10, FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIE, THEY ARE NOT PERSISTENT, AND THEY ARE OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY,I HAD THIS COMPANY FOR 1 MONTH AND THEY TOOK OVER 600 AND CALLED CENTERPOINT TO PUT HOLD ON MY LIGHTS, THEY ARE THE WORST OUT THERE, I RATHER BE IN THE DARK THAN TO GET THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY FOR YOUR SITUATION, ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR THEY ARE TRASH ALL OF THEM DESIREE, YUSEEF , ALL OF THEM, THEY SUCK IN FACT THE WHOLE COMPANY SUCKS, I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB! THEY ARE HORRIBLE, I LEARNED FROM EXPERIENCE!
I had the same kind of experience with these thieves. They contacted me, promised me the world, represented themselves as the auto loan division of Chase, then things starting going wrong, no one would return my numerous messages, the insurance i originally purchased was no longer available to me, etc etc etc etc. Now the icing on the cake...today I received a notice from my original bank, it's actually a bill. Seems my old loan never was paid in full. And I can't get a single person on the phone over there. I HATE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE ALL LYING THIEVES. RUN!!!
