I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. They charged a high price and did substandard work. They do not honor their warranty and will not return phone calls. I contacted the owner, Charles Kirkland, and he sent out his "supervisor" who still did not correct the problems after arriving two hours last. I did not receive a call from the supervisor or owner so I contacted another plumber to have the problems corrected. I do plan to recover the funds and file formal complaints with the Texas State Agency that governs licensing and the BBB.



In two days I waited six hours for a follow-up visit, they gave me an 8AM to 10AM arrival time one day and no one showed. I called their dispatcher at 10:15AM only to find out that the technician wanted to resechdule. The next day I was given a 2PM to 4PM window by the owner; the supervisor showed at 6PM, however I did get a call at 4:15PM that he would one-half hour late. When he left, I still had two of four fixtures that had problems. Another call to the owner the following day was not returned, which prompted me to contact another plumber to correct the problems. 911 Plumbing claims and 30 warranty and this was not honored.

Do not call they do not honor their guarantee: On June 25, 2008 - 911 Plumbing (installer: Felix) did what I thought a simply install of 4 fixtures in my master bathroom that was being remodeled. During the install process my husband asked Felix if the valve was set far enough out because according to the instructions it should have been set flush with the wall and it was not. After the tile was in place we found that the handle would not go on, the valve was to far back in the wall for the screws, the cover for the shower head pipe would not set flush to the tile the pipe in the wall was crocked, there was a leak under one of the sinks and a loud knocking in the pipes when you turn the water on which was not there before. I called office next day, 2 times to get my call returned. Felix called me and said he did not do anything wrong, I told him that was not the point 911 has guarantee and I have paid for the work and would like things fixed. He said he would be there between 8 and 10 the next day he called my cell and I asked him to call my house my husband was home waiting on him. He never called nor did he show up. I called him back at least 4 times, no answer so I called the office asked for a supervisor or owner my husband and I left numerous messages for Mr. Kirkland he never responded. Finally he had a supervisor call and come to the house Mr. Gallipeau (he did nothing) we called them back we still had all the same problems. I called Mr. Kirkland again and left two messages on his phone and I can’t tell you how many with Karen the girl in the office. As of today one month later I have never been called. I had to call another plumber and pay again to have things fixed.
