We have been travelling back and forth from Vancouver, BC, Canada to Houston, Texas for over 2 years now. We were staying in Houston a lot during 2017 as my husband was going through treatment in the area. A very difficult time for us. After he got his treatment started, and we felt more comfortable with how he was tolerating it, we started exploring the area. That's when we came across Suitmart. My husband loves suits! He owns about 30 and has the opportunity to wear them often. Not only did we love the variety they have in stock, the owner is incredibly professional and kind. He was very empathic towards what we were going through. In a genuine way. Feels like we are stopping in to see a friend each time we visit. My husband always walks away with a suit or two. Along with some accessories. Always amazing bargains. Incredible selection. We have even purchased suits and blazers to take home to friends in Canada. Even for children as they have some nice options. You cannot beat the bargains! Canada, and for that matter, most discount shops in the US, do not offer the deals or customer service that Suitmart does. The sales staff are also very professional and helpful. Very "real" bunch that work here. Incredibly pleasant, friendly, helpful shopping experience. All the staff are great and we've been assisted by many. I apologize for not writing this review till now so I have forgotten some of your names. I do remember that during our last visit in early January, Patricia helped us. She was awesome. Hugs to all of at Suitmart. We still visit every 4 months when in town. See you all again soon :)

This is one store you want to avoid if you can. Their customer service is, in my opinion, the worst I have ever seen in customer relations. I bought three Insignia 'collezione high twist microtech super deluxe' suits from the store and I had barely worn the suits when I started noticing brown fadings in the shoulder and in the collars. On my next visit to the store, I mentioned it to one of the sales reps who said I should bring the suits so they can check them out. I did as he said I should. I got there and even saw one of the owners standing in line, obviously checking out his store's sales performance. A manager came to check the suits and without checking the brand, rudely and curtly said, "we can't do anything about these!' and walked away. I was appalled. I have been coming to the suitmart stores for years and I was totally taken aback that they would treat me like this. I even mentioned to the sales rep that I will take action to make sure other customers do not fall victim of such trade malpractice and deception and he replied, "I would!" and walked away as well, though not impolitely. Suitmarts sell cheap suits with poor fabrics and if you really want your money's worth, you should avoid these stores. My experience is a telltale of the poor quality suits they sell. I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Houston BBB, and other appropriate authorities, not so much for the poor and unbecoming customer service but also for the low quality suits they sell to unsuspecting customers!Dr. Adrian Davieson
TERRIBLE service, with disrespectul owner. I have purchased an item at this location, and within the hour decided that I SEVERELY overpaid for what I've gotten, and wanted to return it. I was back 51 minutes later with my recept in hand. Not only would the owner refuse to process my return, he was extremely rude and unprofessional (even raising his voice at me in front of other customers). He also did not honor tax-free weekend. I would never expect this type of treatment and unprofessionalism from an establishment that is supposed to be of caliber that this one pretends to be. I will avoid this store like plague in the future, and so should you.
