Great staff and great doctors it’s a really good clinic to lose the extra pounds it works awesome and the b12 and Lipo are super good and it give you a lot of energy.
They don't do anything for you in the center. Becareful the 1st thing is that they make you bigger instead of making you slimmer. 2nd If you dont like it they wont even refund your money back. 3rd they don't have a headquater and they won't answer back if you have a problem.
My first real introduction to Pilates was in June, 2010 and it proved that, boy I was out of shape! The first two days I felt muscles that I didn't know existed, but it got better. The best part is that I have seen results! My abs are tighter and stronger than ever and the fat is melting off o…

I love this place I lost 8 pounds in one week ..I recommend trying it ..it's worth it ..staff very friendly .
They cheated me out of $300 when I canceled . I went in for a deal that I saw on Houston life. I received a high pressure sales pitch and ended up signing up for $1100 worth of treatments. They tell you that you have 72 hours to cancel. When I got home I realized that on my disabled veteran's pension I could not afford this luxury so I called to cancel. It took them 3 days to refund my bank account and when they did they only refunded $800. I tried to fight this through my bank but was told that innovative lasers said that I got "supplements" and that they keep a percentage as outlined in the contract. You don't have time to read the contract. It's like a car sale. They shove papers in front of you one after the other and say to sign it. So I paid $300 for absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever .
Don't provide a receipt unless you ask for one. Don't know what an invoice is composed of. Won't call you when blood work results come in you have to call your self even though there were abnormalities. And to top it all of they wont even tell you what the abnormalities were until you go back and pay $50 to find out what they should of told you over the phone. Not only that they expect you to pay $85 for paler records when the state board of TEXAS says they can only charge $25 for the searching fee and up to 20pages and. 50 cents extra per page after that.
I originally called from the tv show. I called for consultation. I signed up for the laser treatment and it is working. I put this review because the laser treatment really does work. I usually don't look to put reviews but the staff and treatment is working so good which makes me feel good about my choice.
As a man I was skeptical, but I decided to try it. I am glad I did. Everyone made me feel welcomed and was quite nice and friendly. I actually look forward to my weekly sessions. My wife is happy with my results lol, so guys I do recommend this company. Very thorough.
Sonny is the best here!! She has helped me tremendously on understanding how the body works as far as what you put in your body. She also treats me like a human, meaning its ok to get off track because we are humans but there a way to get back on track without being so hard on yourself. I would recommend Sonny for anyone that is on a weight loss journey, have had or about to get weight loss surgery or anyone that simply just needs a better understanding of what to do that will work for your body, mind and get you on the right track to see results.
Don't believe the hype ! I went here and their business practices are super shady. In the waiting room they have a Zerona Laser infomercial playing on loop as if to brainwash you. All types of inconsistencies when they are measuring, and weighing your bone/muscle/fat "density". Each time I went in, either my weight was up and my measurements were down or vise versa. One staff member said, that the other woman who measured me "did it all wrong and she didn't know what she was doing" when I showed concern when all my measurements were up (even though I was following the guidelines exactly.) When it was evident that I was not going to get the results I was promised, even though I was following the eating plan, drinking all the water, and all the other directions, I stopped "treatments " and requested a refund for the services not rendered (6 out of the 9 sessions). Nothing- flat out denied (since it was outside of the 3 day window as stipulated by Texas law). They claim it's not their policy even though it is not in any contract, nor was it mentioned in any consultation- nothing! Way to stand by your product and services! When I said I am aware it is Texas law to offer a 3 day return policy, but most businesses allow for some leniency, the woman responded, "If I make an exception and give you a refund, I will have to give everyone a refund." To which I said, "Exactly how many people are asking for refunds?!?!?" I hope someone else might read this and not fall for this scam! If you are absolutely considering these types treatments, try Groupon- they have a lot of Zerona laser treatments for a lot less, and at least if it doesn't work you aren't out of $1,000 with no chance of a refund.
This one of the greatest places I have ever been to they care about you losing the actual weight very nice staff and clean office thanks I love you guys
What they charge and what they inform on their website is significantly misleading. The website clearly says: "The cost of your first consultation is $125. This includes your initial medical consultation, physical exam, lab work, B12 injection, dietary consultation and menus, and one month worth of prescription appetite suppressants. The cost of the program for each month thereafter is $75, which includes a medical follow-up, lab work, dietary consultations and menus, and one month worth of prescription appetite suppressants, but does not include a vitamin B12 injection."When I went for my first visit, I was charged $125, however:1. Appetite suppressant medicine was NOT included. They said the cost includes PRESCRIPTION ONLY, not the medicine itself. Its completely misleading. If that is the case, they should have mentioned "appetite suppressant prescription" not "prescription appetite suppressants". Also, during setting the first appointment over the phone, they confirmed that the medicine was included. 2. B12 injection was also NOT included. They now say the information on the website needs to be "updated".3. There was no menu whatsoever provided as advertised. Even the eating guideline is just a generic photocopied two-pager that you can find anywhere on the web. However, the doctor did go through and explained the steps of the guidelines.I think it is an offence to inform something that you cannot comply especially when it comes to cost. The excuse of "we need to update the website" is very lame and dishonest. However, the staff who I dealt with were polite, professional and friendly.
