I ordered food from Jenny's Chinese Restaurant and it was fabulous!! I loved how it was just enough to fill you up. The service was excellent, I am very pleased with their foos and service. I would most definitely be ordering food from them again.

They try their best to ensure fast service but isn't good if order is always incorrect. My order is incorrect 80% of the time. I have spoken with 2 different managers and no changes at least 10 different times. I order the same order twice a week for breakfast from the same exact workers who should know me by now and my order is wrong everytime. Hot cakes with sausage, hashbrowns, oatmeal and coffee. Every single time they forget 1 item. It's only the morning crew that's a problem. Evening staff is the reason for 1 star other than that it would be a zero. Best time to go is after breakfast
My husband, my 3 kids, our 2 guests and I asked for seat for 7. The manager gave us a table at the very back. We asked to be moved, the manager with an attitude,said we couldn't seat at the new table we requested and told us to go to the EMPTY banquet section . We got there and wanted to seat near the entrance,but the manager said we should seat at the very end of an empty hall and was very rude. We insisted to seat at the entrance, but the manager got upset and said we can leave the restaurant if we want to. I told the manager this was bad customer service especially in front of our 2 guest, but he didn't care and insisted we don't have to stay. I told the manager I would definitely give a bad review and he said he doesn't care, this is America, and it's a free country, I can say whatever I want. The managers behavior was unprofessional, rude with a very bad attitude.We left the restaurant and went to another Chinese restaurant were they treated us with respect!!. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Lucky Village Chinese restaurant in Houston Texas .
This is the worst McDonald's in town. If you aren't Mexican you get horrible service. The one heavy set black manager is rude as can be. If this place was for dogs I sure wouldn't bring my dog here. The food is never fresh. They have roaches. Very unclean. You go they have homeless people sleeping in play area. I could go on for days
Went in today and bought some steak & shrimp told the girl to put in separate foam containers and I would pay for the extra foam. Bought three of shrimp and steak and only got two will find another Panda Express. Need to fire short Hispanic man in there
