Went to Anna's Linens off Highway 6 (77084) Houston location on Saturday evening (6-6-2015) at approximately 7:45 p.m. to buy some curtains that weren't available at the 1960 W. location. Rude female customer service at the Highway 6 location (Not sure if this is her correct info --> Assoc #72385/Payton - (female/dark complexion/short black stringy hair) was rude and unhelpful. She didn't even smile or try to acknowledge us. Then she stared us down as if we were interrupting her eating session when I approached her. She was standing away from the counter while stuffing her face. Soon as female caucasian walked in, she smiled & greeted them. When I asked about the curtains she didn't even try to make eye contact. She cut me off right at mid sentence & said, "yeah there they are" pointing where the curtains are as she continued to smack her food and suck her teeth. She didn't even say thank you after the transaction was completed. Here some advice to that ugly rude customer service lady at the, Hearthstone Corners, 6150 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084... take notes from your other store, Steeplechase Shopping Center, 10849 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77065 where they are professional, courteous and helpful with customers no matter what race or nationality they are! The money I spend at Anna's Linens every month goes towards your salary you fool! I won't ever step foot inside that store again.

Employees provide great and fast service, walked in the greated me, gave me a shopping cart and sales paper, asked what i needed and led me straight to where i needed to be. Came in for some nice elegant but not pricy bedding sets and i got what i wanted. The supervisor (dont recall her name) was very helpful and friendly definetly recommend this location.

Linens to liven up a boring reception hall Erik Monrreal was a very pleasant person to work with- he was very patient and not only listened to what our ideas for linen were, but also was able to use his creativity and knowledge to give us more ideas to think about in order to arrive at a pleasing and practical decision. He had an adequate quantity of matching linen choices available. He said that he could obtain additional items if needed. He put together a price package very quickly- several times as my daughter's vision changed and always got back to us quickly to answer a question. He was able to supply the quantity that was needed, on time, and set up the tables and chairs for the wedding reception, as well as taking it all down. His price for the set-up and take-down was very affordable and was a selling point for us. After shopping around for linen suppliers, we found him to be the most reasonable in price for the quality and selection provided. The wedding reception was really beautiful, thanks to a large part to Monrreal and Co.!

I used Sweet Linens for my friend's bridal shower and the whole experience was awesome! They were totally professional and exceeded my expectations. I was a little confused on exactly what linens to use and they were very helpful and made it easy. Jaret and Wanda were so nice during my appointment. Like I said, I wasn't sure what design to get or use so Wanda grabbed a chair and showed me about 5 different designs with the sashes. I was like "whoa this lady is good and quick! Lol" highly recommend them! The day of the bridal shower, all of the guests were blown away with the decor. My friend, the bride, even went the following week and booked with them. Prices are very reasonable too. I will be using them again.
