Do NOT go here unless you speak their language. I went for a simple pedicure and told the girl twice that's all. She said to pick out my scrub. Told her again I didn't want that. She said oh this is your first time I said yes. She said they use the scrub. Thought ok its included. Wrong!! They upgraded me and charged for it! Then told me it was miscommunication! I had to pay. They may not care but just lost a very good NEW customer!!!
Customer service is horrible. They don’t listen when you ask them to do or specifically not do something to your nails. They are not concerned abt taking care of your real nails, and, as a cosmetologist, that is very poor service. I asked to not have my polish electrically filed off because they thinned my acrylic so much last time that 2 nails broke in 2 days doing simple task. Yet, they still did it until I literally pulled my hand away. Of course, one of the 2 nails she filed is now broken and I literally just got them done and hour ago. Now I’m back, they’re still rude, and I have to wait. Already had to wait to even be acknowledged. Horrible service
I came in at 6:05 pm on a Saturday. I had just gotten off of work and really wanted to relax. I asked if there was enough time to have a mani/pedi and they said yes. I would have been more than happy to leave because I understand coming in at the last moment. Just a tab before 7:00 pm they turned the lights off at the front of the shop. Promptly at 7:00 pm they all changed, except for the young woman doing my nails, and were all talking and waiting around for me to leave. They spoke to the girl that was doing my nails and she listened to her instructions to finish with me. I got the gel manicure and my nails needed 3 coats and only 2 were done. You can see streaks in my nails showing through to my nail from not having enough coats. I was in my car at 7:14 pm and they literally walked out with me and locked the door. I work at a salon and stand all day and just wanted to relax and have nice nails to begin my weekend. $56.00 spent and I’ll have to get them redone from somewhere else. Worst atmosphere ever! They should have turned me away instead of rushing me out the door.
Under new management. New owner haired some very friendly girls. As soon as I walked in I was helped. The young lady did a great job helping me find a color right for me. Everyone sit a round and talked, made you fell very confident.
The best nail salon within 100 miles of Salt Lake City moved to Houston and bought Dripped Nail on Jan 1, 2018. Lam, Mimi, Nam and Brian are real pros who LISTEN to their customers and create exactly what you want. I used to think it was normal to have broken nails every time I went in for a fill. But since I started going to them, I have had 4 broken nails in 6 years and I play volleyball and bowl! Yes, they do all kinds of artwork and can duplicate almost any picture you bring them. But despite their durability, the underlying NAILS are thin, nicely curved and shaped so they are beautiful even if you're not into funky art. I travel a lot and have received compliments on my nails all over the US from L.A to New York. My pedicures are pure perfection. I used to drive 90 miles one way to get my nails done by them. They left lots of sad customers back in Wyoming.
Very rude every time I have ever walked in the door. And this morning was the last time I will ever walk in the door, the owner Lee is the rudest of them all. It has happened for about the last 5 to 6 years, today was the final straw!! Very rude and has no ideal how to give customer service at all. My overall is a big fat zero
Horrible!! I stopped going to them in July for many reasons. 1. They are always overbooking when you have a appointment. 2. They file my real nails down entirely too thin to the point they become brittle. 3. My powder and solar nails always break within a day or too. When I stopped going to them I had to have the same nail repaired 3 times because the nails are too thin. They told me the were too long and to cut them, and insinuated that I must do manual labor. I informed the lady that I am a banker .. I do n9 manual labor and that i had never had this problem until visiting them. I started going to a different shop and just for perspective, the other shop did my nails for my birthday in September, and they were covered in jewels... They lasted for through the entire month with no lifting or breaking and no stones fell off... same length I've always had (my natural nails are long) . Fast forward to this week, i had to get my nails done for an event and could book my new regular place, i came here since it is close and convenient... bad idea. I had one broken nail within less than 24 hours. Sat for an hour waiting for it to be repaired only for another nail to break the next day. SMH very poor quality work. They rush when they work, overbook, poor technique, and they skimp on product. Do not go here if you do not want to be inconvenienced and you nails grow past your fingertip
We purchased 3 spa chairs and C Spa delivered and installed them. That was the beginning of a years long relationship. I repair the spa chairs myself and C Spa is excellent about having the parts I need, repairing some expensive parts and explaining how to repair some of the parts I've never seen before. Very nice and friendly people.
Eyelashes by Julie and she is amazing, my eyelashes are very thin and she make them so full, she is the beat
Very disappointed by the service received from Lana. It was a bad experience, she was trying to damage my nail with the drill even when I asked her to stop. I will not go back. Ladies can be very rude in the shop.
