If you’re planning on living here, DONT!! Please take the comments in consideration on choosing weather you should move here or not.... so where should I start? Management, oh well they are unorganized, always having someone different working in the office, there’s been different managers you never know who to talk to, the asst manager well don’t ever try and ask her for something because it’ll never get done... you’ll be on a wait list for a garage until the last couple of months of your lease... fed ex and ups packages go to the front, we’ll dont expect to get your package, they’ll send them back if the name doesn’t sound familiar... parking, oh anytime after 6 you won’t find a parking spot next to your residence you’ll end up getting that excersise in from parking your car and walking to your door...... I had a newborn, I had to walk litterally parking in the front by the office all the way to the back complex WITH A NEWBORN in the pitch dark not only once or twice... maintenance yea don’t count on them if you need anything fixed... You like dog poop? well living here you better get used to it, because it’s EVERYWHERE!! They say the give you a fine if you leave dog poop on the ground, well obviously DONT enforce it... There is always cars getting their wheels and tires stolen at night and management DOES NOT do anything about it, people mess with other vehicles management DOES NOT do anything about it.... walls and ceilings are paper thin you can hear your neighbors... I’m sure there is more I can say but I just can’t come to words right now! I just advice anyone and everyone think before moving to Clearpoint Crossing...
The Trails at Rock Creek are considered luxury apartments and they are nice but they are expensive. For the price I was paying I expected more! The gates were often broken so people who didn't live there would come and fill up the dumpsters. On one of the many occasions when the gate was broken I got robbed, with no security cameras on the property the criminals got away with it! On another occasion when the gates were broken a tenant was going crazy driving fast in and out of the apartments racing through the gates and almost killed a mother and her child in the parking lot. I was mortified and the mother was in tears! When I first moved in, the office staff was amazing but the current office staff are unprofessional. With the exception of Jason, he was part of the original staff and he's still on his game but the rest of them are rude. They don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls. There were a couple of times I had to call for maintenance when I first moved in and the repairs were taken care of right away but the new staff doesn't seem to care about the tenants like the old staff did. The faucet in my shower popped out of the wall so I couldn't use it. I had to call the office several times before I got someone to answer, then I had to wait 3 days to get the repair done. On the 3rd day I went into the office to see what was going on and she acted like it was no big deal. It was repaired that day when I got home from work but something like a shower should have been fixed by the next day. When I was moving out, I got to experience their rude attitudes one more time as a going away present. I called the office a few times on December 31, 2017 to find out where to leave my keys because I wouldn't be done when the office closed at 5 pm but no one ever answered so I left a message and like usual no one called me back. I looked for a drop box but couldn't find one and the next day was New Years Day so they were closed. The next morning I called right away and they tried to tell me I owed for 2 days because I didn't turn in the keys. I tried to explain to them that I called several times and left a message but they didn't care. I spoke to 2 different ladies and they were so rude! I lived there for 18 months, I paid my rent on line and I was never late but they didn't care they said I should have put it in the drop box. When I went by with the keys they showed me a drop box that is no where near the door and it's the same color as the brick so I couldn't find it at night. I wish I could have remembered their names so I could have included them on this review, but if you go there you will know who I'm talking about because you too will experience their attitudes!!!
Nice apartments and great maintenance but if you have noisy neighbors you are sadly on your own. My upstairs neighbors are moving furniture and a crying baby is running around the apartment. Someone is pacing. Usually there are a bunch of kids running around at this hour. It is 11:30 pm at night and we get up before 6 am. New management and Richmark Properties know all about this. We were told that they can not stop them from making noise and to call the police. Others have said that they have noisy neighbors but only during the day. They are upset too. Parking is horrible! Who wants to live like this?!!
Dont move here, the staff is very rude, they dont fix your apartment, we haven't have hot watet since two weeks ago and the management doesnt care.
ROACH INFESTATION. THEY USE ROACH FECES TO HOLD DISWASHERS TOGATHER. ANTS COMING OUT OF PIPES DAILY AND THEY BITE. THEY HAVE INFESTED THE CARPET. STAFF WILL BE MEAN TO YOU WHEN U ARE EXTREMELY NICE. MANIPULATION IS REAL. JUDT SO THRY DINT HABR TO FIX ANYTHING.YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT LEGAL MATTERS WITH THEM. NEVER LIVE AT ANY ASHFORD'S COMMUNITIES. PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE MUST GAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. THEY BEEN THEY WILL ROB YOU OUT OF RENT AND FORCE THE EVICTION ON YOU WHEN U HAVE OVER PAID. MAN WORK IN MAIN OFFICE IS LUCIFER HIMSELF. GOD BLESS ALL SOULS PLEASE GOD THEY WILL NEED IT.
I wish you could give no stars but still comment as they are not even worthy of 1 star!These people are crooks and are only out to get your money and damage your credit. The office personnel are racist, unhelpful, rude and only cares about the residents they are related to. Be ware, they will still try to get you even if your lease is up. They will also not renew your lease if they have family who needs a place to stay. It happened to me.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is as ghetto as 3rd/5th ward. There's a lot of break-ins, drug activity, and people loitering everyday and all night. Anyone can move here without qualifying. The leasing office will do whatever it takes to lease an apartment to you, even if that means forging paperwork or a check stub for you. They're only concerned about collecting rent and filling apartments up. They do not uphold the terms of residents leases nor adhere to TAA (Texas Apartment Association) or Fair Housing or the Housing Authority guideline/regulations. The leasing office will issue a memo of rules and don't even enforce them. There is no such things as getting evicted after 3 lease violations! They do not evict any tenants. The Corporate office is a complete joke and does not enforce any rules for this property. At least 90% of the tenants here are on public housing. Most of the apartments have exceeded the number of occupants to an apartment which is against fire regulations and apartment regulations. You can't have too many people living in one apartment. Majority of the people living in the apartments are not on the lease. Forest Creek Apartments needs to be audited.

Deplorable place to live, terrible management, keeps going down hill. Towing cars and charging to have your car, yes you have to pay a 20 dollar monthly fee to have your car. They tow cars just because they feel they can even if you are parked correctly in some cases. Awful place to live. Stay away as you can see from the pictures they are not as nice as they picture them.
