Real Italian Food, Best Lasagna your going to find anywhere other than Italy of course. You will love every minute here.
Love this place - Italian dishes with a hint of herbs/spices, which makes it unique versus the Italian restaurants that slather lots of cheeses and sauces. It makes you feel like you're dining at home. The prices won?t bust your budget. Excellent wine list, but the vintages is what you may want…

Please try this restaurant if you are interested in food that is lovingly prepared with attention to flavor and very fresh quality. The staff was very attentive and the owner, Mr. Aselmo was most interested in presenting us with a very enjoyable evening. His wine selection was perfect and exac…
I have frequented this establishment for some time. It may be good to note, even if you use large words like insolent or inordinately, if you are accustomed to fast food this place is not for you. The chef at this restaurant is an artist and will not prepare your food quickly or let it sit und…

I've been coming here consistently for years, and it's perfect for a girl on the go. A small chopped salad with salmon puts a smile on this girl's face every time. It's cost effective, casual, and very convenient. I wish that the bathrooms were just a skooch larger, though.
This new restaurant has fantastic food at very low prices. My husband and I had the stuffed mushroom appetizer, chicken poblano soup, mixed grilled seafood and stuff pasta shells. The recipes were all developed by the chef and were fantastic. You should eat there before the prices go up. I f…
This restaurant is honestly the best bang for the buck place. Portions are massive and mouth watering good. It's my go to place for dates!
good service! food can't complain. delicious! food was on time. did not had to wait. looks everything was made fresh. i can see the cooks wen they doing my food.
Wow, the owner is always there. Thank you for the great service Matt! The prices are unbelievable. Great for date night, great for family! I can't say enough about how much I love this place!
Great family atmosphere however the food lacks taste. I ordered the Italian plate and my husband the Eggplant parmigiana. With both plates came a salad, which was the worst presentation and lack of restaurant quality I have ever experienced. Both plates came luke warm. Here's a hint, if the waiter can carry the food plate with his bare hands that's a sign. Our appetizer, calamari, was over cooked. The eggplant parmigiana was good, however the pasta sauce had no flavor. The best thing we were served was the bread. The bread was delicious. My thought process is when I go out to eat and pay$15.00 per plate I expect it to taste better than what I can do at home and that includes appetizer and the salad. Save your money, unless you like bland food. When I think of Italian I think of all the Italian spices and flavors of which I tasted none at Franca's.
The food is OK. I ordered spaghetti with 5 cheese marinara and meat balls. It was fair, it didn't taste fresh. Salad was good as always. The service was nice nonexistent
La Vista is a great neighborhood Italian spot in Houston, Texas. This casual, indoor/outdoor seating, BYOB (conveniently located next to Rice Epicurean if you want to buy a bottle of wine before dinner), moderately priced restaurant is exactly the place you are looking for on weekday night. Food is great and the menu offers something for everyone.
I really like the Chicken Caesar Salad and Bread Sticks. It is very good. The tea is good and the waitresses and waiters are nice. I had my birthday here last year. There is a nice area in the back for parties. There is a nice little bar, like a neighborhood meeting place. I see people talking to each other and laughing, they must be the regulars. It is a great lunch place. It is close to Timbergrove and Lazy Brook.
Ordered steak tuscano with oven roasted potatoes, bell peppers and onions. Was served potatoes with very pungent fried jalopenas. Waiter claimed he didn't know about bell peppers. Ask me if I wanted peppers and onions. I assumed this would include potatoes but did not. I just gave up and this was okay. No steak knife was presented with the meal. We had ordered a chicken Parmesan but when we went to pay it was not there. The waiter had forgotten to place the order. This was not our night. Spoke to manager said he was new but nothing was offered for our poor service! Disappointing! Won't last long if this type of service continues.
Went there to have dinner with the wounded warriors the food was some of the best I ever had
