I’ve been a patient at this location for 3 years. I chose it because of the flexible hours of operation. I called to ask if they could fill my blood pressure meds for two weeks due to my not being able to get there and the guy by the name of Christopher told me no I had to come in. Today I get there and was refused service because they wanted me to pay for my office visit. I have insurance and have never had to pay before. When asked why I was told it was the “estimated” amount of the visit. I informed them I had not had my blood pressure meds for 2 weeks and they didn’t care. Normally I am billed for my co-pay/deductible but today was different. Needless to say, I wasn’t allowed to see the doctor and didn’t get any medication. This place is not for working people with insurance....they are ideal for patients with Medicaid. Money is more important than your health. The doctor orders lots of test but never discuss it with you when you return. You could really go in and diagnose yourself and he will go with it as long as you pay for the office visit. That is, if you can get past the 2 goons at the window!

At first it was nice to go with my husband to his doctor, Because he forgets to tell the doctor things he needs to know. Plus the covenant location. Close to my residence. Later visits slowly the attitudes changed. He wasnt given the full amount of his medication or he taken to much which ever the case may be it was enough, I called the doctors office to call in another script for him to take his medication. Who ever answered the phone told me " NO HE NEEDS TO COME IN AND TAKE HIS BLOOD TEST, AND WE NEED TO WAIT ON THE RESULTS FROM THE SPECIALIST. DID HE GO? I TOLD HER YES WE HAVE TO GO IN TWO WEEKS. WELL HE HAS TO WAIT TILL WE GET THE RESULTS BACK. I SAID HE HAS TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR HIS MEDICATION? SHE SAID I GUESS SO. I Told her Im going to take him to another doctor. She said alright and hung up the phone. I wasnt offered an appointment or anything just attitude My husband did go to take his blood test for his medication, but was still given an attitude.
Was a very good experience every one was so welcoming and nice, gave good ideas and treated me kindly. The BBB is good source
Just read the other reviews and you will get a good idea of what you would experience at University Trace. I have been a tenant in this place for 8 years and the current board has increasingly made it Hell to live here. The location is great and they have been improving the property itself, but the obsessive compulsive behavior of the board has just about run it's course with me. The majority of the people that live here are nice, and I hate to be looking for a new place, but there comes a time when the Gestapo behavior and overreaching control of the elitist board gets to be too much. Even when the owners themselves aren't happy, there seems to be no relief from the onslaught of threats of fines. My owner has complained and tried to attend multiple owners' meetings and they have been cancelled on a moments notice. Heed my warning before it's too late, this place is poison with the current board of directors in charge.
Beware of taking a title policy issued by Title Houston. My seller chose them and they issued me a title policy in May, 2014. In 2016, I received notice from the Harris County Appraisal District that said I owed over $11,000 in back taxes. When I called the title company about it, they assured me that there was a homestead exemption on the property when I bought it and so I shouldn't worry about it. In fact, the house had been in the seller's late wife's name and he had never filed for a survivor homestead exemption but the Title Houston, who knew the circumstances, used the prior year's information without checking that he had filed. When I got the actual bill, they ignored me for three weeks and did nothing to help me. Since penalties were piling up, I had to pay the Tax Collector/ Assessor. The title company was sloppy, unprofessional and unresponsive through the entire process. Lynne Sullivan was he closer. I will be following up.
In my opinion Hub Hyundai of Katy (I-10 Location) is the BEST Hyundai dealer in Houston for providing outstanding customer service and pricing.I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location in less than one year. This is due to the fact that my salesperson Ziya was extremely knowledgeable of his product, assessed our needs by asking the right questions and provided the very best options for myself and my daughters. Ziya was on point with his recommendations and did not pressure us in the least with options beyond what we asked for. In addition to Ziya, the sales manager Lawrence Varella and Finance Person Octavio Cancel were AMAZING in making our experience a pleasant one. This is a dynamic team at Hub Hyundai and should be highly commended for their dedication to customer service.
AT&T be careful with this company. I agreed to a 2 year contract for telephone, TV, and Internet. The agreed price was $143 plus tax. The first year was up and they told me my introductory price was up and increased my bill by $100. I switched to Comcast. Now they want me to pay a early cancellation fee. I don't feel that I owe it because my two year contract was for two years and I had told the operator originally that I would gladly take a two year contract so I wouldn't have to worry about a price increase and she said nothing at the time. Also when I returned their modem to the UPS store the gentleman that waited on me told me to be sure to keep the receipt for 3 to4 years because AT&T was bad about coming back in 2 or 3 years and accusing people of not returning the modem and wanting them to pay $200 for the modem.
I have been to this office twice.. first time I called the scheduler name Yvonne gave me an attitude advising me "this was my only option, did i want to schedule or not!" I gave it a second chance.... I attended my appointment, she gave me an attitude in person!! then as someone passed by she changed her tone of voice! She does not need to work at this location as others also complained about her! Rude person to sick people!!
I would like to recommend Laird Landscaping to anyone who needs to update their home's appearance. I have lived for over five years in a house built in 1973 with basically no attention to my landscaping. As a result, it seemed like overnight, the neglect of the outside of my house caught up with me. I had what looked like an overgrown jungle in both the front and back of my house, including the walkway to my front door. It was hideous. I called Laird Landscape, and within the first week, I was visited by Mark Corley, who spent several hours here, walking the property with me and sharing his vision with me. Before he left, he had given me a price and a plan, and I couldn't wait to get started. The crew from Laird Landscape, headed by Jose, was awesome. They pulled up trees, reused as much as they could, and brought new life to my previously neglected flower beds. Mark was clearly the visionary, and created a virtual "new" house for me. He and his crew were total professionals from beginning to end! They hauled off every scrap of debris, in addition to some patio furniture that I no longer wanted. I totally 100% recommend Laird Landscape to anyone! I am so pleased with the results, and love my new landscape. Happy customer,Becky Newberry
New management that is wonderful. Person claiming he was harassed should move to a trailer in the country because he believes he doesn't understand restrictions or how to pay rent to keep from getting evicted.
