In Sep.2017, got my broken car towed to this autoshop. Incharge (Ali) visually inspected vehicle and said engine ceased due to no engine oil and engine might is to be replaced @ cost of $6000. I told hime that my car's worth is less than $4000. He said proper diagnostic fee would be $200. Being captive customer (two truck gone),I agreed. He kept scaring me that proper check up might result more damage. He was free but he kept me waiting for more than 2 hours. Finally he inspected the car and told that engine is ok but timing belt,water pump and some other parts are damaged. He took i hour to prepare estimate of $2208. When he was busy with estimates, I checked engine oil. It was full. That made me suspicious and although he insisted my answer straight away but understanding is game wrongly scaring about engine, exhausting me with unncessary more than 3 hours wait, I asked for time till tomorrow.He reluctantly agreed with a condition that I answer before 8am. Next day I reached with tow truck at 8 am but he showed up around 9.30 am. I paid diagnostic fee but he didn't put back in place open parts and placed those in trunck. I took the car to fire stone and they told that only issue is with water pump and they fixed the car with bill of $850. My advice never go to this autoshop having motive of mainly rip-off.

This is not the number to call for help. Call 713-209-3660 in Houston or if elsewhere call 877-777-47788 for Taxpayer Assistance Office (TAO). TAO is the most helpful office I've ever seen. They are exceptionally well trained, helpful, caring and have or can direct you to all the answers you need.
I wish there was a zero rating. They come out to fix the internet, they ruin the phone service. They fix the phone...the interienet dies. Flee, people, flee.
My first shipment with A CI Express to Vietnam was horrible. There are two packages ship from Walmart and Target to their address was lost. I checked the tracking number and their was an employee sign to received the package but they said they can't find my package. The owner said there is only 1 employee received the package and her name was on the signature line. They did not reimburse for my lost package and told me if i am not happy then I should looking for other shipping company. The two lost package was $300.Definitely not recommend this company.
Adrienne DelGiorno from Graham Management in Stonehenge II subdivision is a very ill mannered and difficult person to deal with. Many of the homeowner have said that her attitude is unprofessional, treat people disrespectful; she does not understand that she works for us, the homeowner at Stonehenge II. We need to contact HOA board of director and complain about this person since she is not willing to provide with information when is requested from her.
I ordered a sign for my place of business to be designed, permitted, and installed. My fiancé paid the deposit as well as spoke with a young lady that worked at their office about how we wanted everything to be. We were very SPECIFIC! Even through emails on how this storefront sign should be. They quoted us a six week turnaround. Of course at four weeks we called and spoke with someone name T.J. who just TRIED to insult our intelligence by giving us the runaround and telling us he was just the graphic designer and that we need to talk to Mr. Bill who is the owner. My God that guy is beyond rude and should be put out of business. Long story short because this was a very long process of us going back and fourth begging for our sign or a refund!! Resulting in neither! After the seventh week we demanded a refund because clearly the six week mark had passed, no one was reaching out to us, and again whenever T.J. answered the office phone he was so clueless and made it seem as if the sign had not even been created yet!! Come the eighth week we had our lawyer send them a letter stating we wanted a refund NOW and to no longer communicate with us. Of course these guys don't follow rules set by an attorney (their to busy running a business with an expired license) A few days later Mr. Bill sent some guys to my place of business with a letter and just dropped the sign off in front of my neighbors place of business and left the note on top of it. The neighboring office had to come in to tell my front desk assistant, I think thats your sign outside. They were already instructed NOT to communicate to me by my attorney. To add insult to injury, I called the City of Houston to inquire about these permits they lied about saying they had issues trying to apply for, only to find out these Idiots NEVER filed for a permit for my sign because their license is EXPIRED! Not only that the sign they dropped off in front of my neighbors front door was done improperly and on used material!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE DON'T COME HERE
