Awesome practice these guys are the best
I had very negative experience with this company. I bought a Groupon for my daughter for a year of unlimited laser hair removal in 2016. The San Antonio location canceled many of my daughter's appointments with minimal notice. They also closed down their office and moved to a new location without notice. We had to wait for them to reopen and keep calling to get any information. They eventually did reopen. My daughter later paid $200 directly to the San Antonio office to do 8 laser treatments for another area. However, after about 2 treatments, she got another text in October 2017 saying they had AGAIN closed their office location and would contact her with further information later. She never heard from them again. I have placed at least 15 phone calls to the various numbers I can track down for this place over the last 2 months. Despite so many voicemail messages, along with emails to their website and facebook pages, I have not been able to get anyone at corporate to call me back. I did manage to finally speak with someone named Lori at the Houston location (she said she was the manager for that location) who assured me that corporate would issue refunds in the order they received requests for such, and that all I had to do was call and leave my information on yet another phone number. I did that. Several times. I also asked to be called back. I never got a response from corporate in way of return call or refund. I have left more messages since then and sent more emails, again with NO RESPONSE from corporate. I am finding similar stories posted online about this company as I try to research them because of this issue. Of note, someone else who posted a negative review on their Facebook page was contacted and told to email her information to firstname.lastname@example.org. That is supposedly a contact for corporate. However, that customer says she hasn't gotten a response to that email and nor have I.
Awful surgeon. Stay away from him. Probably the worst in all of Houston. Nothing good to report about this embarrassment to the medical community.
The clinic is very clean, and the wait is always short. The front desk is friendly. The doctors are very professional.
I went to the ER with intestinal cramps and extreme pain. The nurses and personnel were great and I saw a doctor right away. I saw a doctor right away (Dr Brock) and he immediately got pain meds going and got me in for an immediate MRI, After they stabilized me I was admitted to the hospital and that's when everything went south.Do not ever let them admit you - go anywhere but here. I was admitted about 5:00PM and did not see a doctor (Dr Naila Ramiz) till late the next morning who spent about 2 minutes with me and gave no indication of what was wrong with me or what the plan was for me. She blew into the room with here purse hanging on her shoulder and blew out.The nursing staff was no better - they did not speak English that well and were always vague on what what was going on or what the plan was. I also got conflicting information from them. I was told one thing by the doctor and another by a nurse. They even claimed I must have not been awake and understood what they said which was not true. The nursing staff was very rude to my wife and treated her like a bitch which is what they called her when they thought she could not hear. At checkout time there were several nurses behind the counter laughing and joking,My wife asked them if my paperwork was ready and they responded my paperwork was not ready and they were too busy ! The nurses seemed to be more interested in there conversion and there jokes than their patients. Also the sink ran constantly while we were there and was never fixed. As a final blow my wife went home to get some stuff and got a letter in the mail fro St Luke's wanting her to donate money to the hospital!!!!!!!!!!
I delivered my son here 5/9/17 @1:47pm... The delivery was great and swift. I had a natural birth with the most pleasant staff attending to my newborn and myself. They were very encouraging throughout the process. I arrived at 7 1/2 cm dilated and was immediately transferred to my delivery room. After delivery the baby and I received a clean bill of health and were released for discharge the next day. It was absolutely comforting knowing that so many passionate individuals were attentively caring for us and taking the initiative to go above and beyond their job duties to ensure we were comfortable. I would like to thank the delivering doctor Dr. S Rahman, the attending nurses Laura, Katie, Lindsey, Anna (night shift), Robin (charge nurse), Rachelle, Nurses Aid: Martha, the circumcision physician Dr. Elhennawy and the discharging doctor Dr. Godley. Thank you all! I am grateful.
As a RN, it is my opinion that if you can choose, please never go here! Absolutely the worse hospital I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, dirty, and uncaring.
They do not return calls. I have only made it to one appt. They cancel on me and never returned my calls for rescheduling. I finally got in touch with someone and they claim both offices are in the process of moving. When asked where? They said they do not have the address. This sounds like they are avoiding trying to complete a treatment that was already paid for. Do not buy anything from this company if you do not want to waste your time or money. I already found another company and they have been very professional. They do return calls and keep and have been having follow up appointments.
I filled out this before but it seemed to blank out and disappear so maybe a duplicate now.ICU staff are not taking ICU seriously when they're spending a lot of time laughing and displaying an environment of gaiety every day, which causes a delay in emergency response to empty medical bags and or patients requesting help. The patients should feel that professional with a 'serious can-do attitude' are right outside their doors, not immature people in a Bennigan's happy hour. At one point my friend desperately needed to use the bathroom, and ICU (female) response was "You just used the bathroom!" and they ignored her!!!! I asked a different nurse and he responded and took care of her bedpan needs. The men were more professional for the most part than women, not always, but usually. Women were giggling a lot - ICU is about saving lives and making quality of life better, not about giggling and a fun atmosphere. They took a long time to respond to medical analyzer alarms indicating a need for a replacement bag of drugs/medicine. I've been to the Methodist several times and I prefer the Methodist ICU mentality to St Lukes. I'll use a name, Dr Wheezer -he operated on my friend and apparently did a good job on her carotid artery, cleaning the plaque; however, he was very arrogant and pushy with the patient. He did a good job, but his arrogant demeanor is lacking passion / compassion.
