About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

It's in a great, central location if most of your time in Houston is spent downtown, the Heights, Galleria and near west side. Our King room was large and clean. There was a couch and long desk so you can hang out without having to sit on the side of the bed.

Extended Stay America Houston - Willowbrook

My husband and I have been staying at Extended Stay for about 2 months now. When we checked into our room there were clothes under the bed, clothes in the bathroom from the people before, and dirty dishes in the sink, also no TV. When we mentioned the dirty room and no TV to the front desk, they laughed and didn’t even offer to have someone come clean the room or switch the room so we can have a TV. We are in between houses, so we had to go to our storage unit to get our own TV. We also had to clean the hotel room from the previous people. Also, seems everyday the room cards stop working. When we went to the front desk to ask for a room key Adrianna didn’t even respond rolled her eyes and kept looking at the computer, she had a very disgusting attitude to be working customer service. Sheena the Property Manager is extremely rude. When we came to her with a problem she would laugh at us and not help. Someone next door has 4 dogs and they like to poop by our front door. And when we mentioned the poop the Sheena she just rolled her eyes and walked away. She waited until someone else mentioned it to her to clean it. Nikki “Sherlonda” is also very rude and disrespectful. Seems like everyone that works there is only respectful to their own race AKA we’re white. Sheena has a very bad attitude it seems like she only cares enough about her job to not get fired. She has not once helped us and also talked about us to other employees, telling them not to accommodate us. We are in between houses at the moment. But we will no longer stay at another Extended Stay especially if Sheena is going to be there because, she has been no help at all. I actually saw her cuss out a young women yesterday and told her she was going to “whoop her ass when she got off the clock” called the cops and kicked the couple out. The place is very unprofessional the rooms are disgusting nobody cleans. Sheena, Adrianna and Nikki “Sherlonda” are very unpleasant people to communicate with.

My experience went above and beyond what I expected in staying at a Hampton property. Everything ... room, breakfast, amenities, staff, and service were OUTSTANDING. I plan to stay there on my next trip to Houston.

To start off when driving to put room, the clerk stopped us to make sure there were only two of us staying the night. After being there for about 2 hours, he comes knocking on the door about 2am asking if we paid for all night, now how in the hell do you not know this information and you checked us in. You get two thumbs and two big toes down !!! FOH

Moody Manor

The first unit we were assigned smelled very musty, and hadn't been cleaned properly. We called the clerk and told her the situation, and she was more than happy to help. She found us a new place with in 10 minutes which she said was an upgrade. Upon leaving the first unit we were hit with a sewage smell, and the whole time we were walking to the office we were tripping over the uneven walk ways because the exterior lighting was inferior. The whole time the sewage smell was getting worse. We went in and exchanged the keys and headed to the new place which was on the second story that had no porch light, and by the time my husband and myself got to the door we were retching from the ever increasing olfactory offender (sewage smell). When we walked in we examined the first floor. The ceiling fan had a broken blade, and the floor of the bathtub looked dirty. I went upstairs to the loft. I went into the bathroom and stepped into a large soft spot in front of the shower door which was caked with soap scum. The inside of the shower was very rough the floor looked cracked, dirty and scratched, and the fixture to turn on the water was busted and coming away from the wall. When I turned on the water it shot in almost every direction, alas this shower head was not designed to do that. I headed to the upstairs phone to call and ask for another room, but the phone was not operational. So I go to the downstairs phone to make the call. When I make the call the machine answered stating that the office was closed. It was late or we wouldn't have stayed the night. So my husband and I went to bed. When we got under the covers I notice something rough feeling on the fitted sheet. Yes, there was what I'm hoping was dried snot on the sheet. In the morning after sleeping on top of the blanket my husband goes downstairs to take a shower. It turns out that the bathtub floor is one large soft spot. When we went outside to go get breakfast we saw all the things we didn't the previous evening. Tripping hazards, wood rot, rough paint & wood on stairway railings, broken glass, and cigarette butts. My husband and I decided on Moody Manor at the Houston Medical Center because of the name. The name leads one to believe that they cater to those with medical conditions. Having stayed there I can tell you I don't think health is their concern.
