Driving on 45 last week and the trucking driver was hauling sand that was falling all over the highway.... well also the was some debris that fall off the truck and bust my window... so I called the company and talked to a man i'm guessing Was some form of authority or either the owner I ax to we will as he never reply, the gentleman was nice but after giving him all the information that he requested he never responded back in a timely manner I waited a week and a 1/2 and still nothing, At the call him back Or the 7th of August I spoke with him and then he requested more information so I just told him that if you're not going to do just tell me that that way we can stop talking to each other for no reason, Bottom line here is don't get hit by SYT trucking because they will not repair your window after Verifiable damage and proof of damage.

Our company shipped out 3 pallets furniture last Wednesday Sept 21st via Southwestern Motor Transport from Houston, TX to Dallas, TX. When Southwestern Motor driver delivered the merchandise to customer on Sept. 22nd, my customer ONLY received 2 pallets instead of 3 pallets. Our employee tried to communicate with Southwestern Motor Houston office and Dallas office In this past whole week. The terminal employees and managers are very unprofessional. BOTH Houston and Dallas Southwestern Motor offices couldn't find that missing pallet and come up a solution of this issue up to date. Our customer is still patiently waiting for the missing pallet for his retail customer. Please find out and follow your tracking history, tell us where this ONE pallet is; and if Southwestern Motor lost this pallet by accidentally, please have someone who could truly offer the solution to meet the customer satisfaction.

I was a little skeptical before doing business with Mr. Hayes. The secretary was very comforting and helpful. I ended up sealing a distributing deal with the company and its been smooth sailings since then. I'm very satisfied with the business.
Horrible customer experience. 3 failed delivery times. SMT did not make delivery times or any effort to call and let us know things had changed. We had to call and find out what went wrong and get a new time. The delivery times are in 6 hour windows. I spent 2 vacation days waiting for my furniture to arrive.

On November 19 at 12:25 pm I was driving south on 45 almost to the causeway. I was in the far right lane. Truck # 701 was behind me and in the middle lane. As they passed me they pulled into my lane and ran me off the road. I called and left an urgent message but the company did not call me back. Their drivers are VERY DANGEROUS!!!
