Very unsatisfied with this company. I called a few weeks before and We had a date set for drop off. Originally I had asked if they could come at 9am when our business opens to drop off dirt and they said they could only come at 9:30 because they open at 9 themselves. At 2pm The day before our set time for delivery I called again to confirm price, location etc. I was called that evening ONCE after hours (which I had tried to call back with no answer) and about 7 times (at 7:59, 8:01,8:02, 8:03,8:05 and 8:06 a.m.) the morning of our project BEFORE business hours to ask about dropping off early. I called back at 8:55 (5 minutes before they apparently open) and the driver is gone for the day and we won't be getting our delivery. The day of our project.... This is a huge project for our animal shelter and several companies have come together to donate and volunteer their time to help Houston's homeless animals. So disappointed and definitely want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
We are all kind of stuck with these people since there is no other place to go anywhere close to here, however, this is to let everyone know that regardless of what you read anywhere else on the web these people DO NOT CLOSE AT 5!!!!!! during the week and DO NOT CLOSE AT 1200 on SAT.!!!!!!For all you working people out there trying to legally dispose of large amounts of trash with a truck and/or trailer you will be discriminated against at this facility! For Pickups and trailers that will be offloaded by hand this place closes at 1130AM Sat & 430PM during the week! The ONLY place to find this out is AFTER you drive there they have a sign stating it and they are evidently all ex postal workers since if you are 1 min after 430, or your watch is not synched with whatever clock they synch with, they DO NOT CARE!They DO NOT CARE what it took for you to get there as a working person that usually does not even get off work until 5 and that you are trying to legally dispose of your items, or that all information everywhere else online says they are actually open until 1200/500.Yeah, try to get up Sat do all your work, get your trailer loaded, tied down, and then drive there before 1130! (they are closed Sunday). And good luck even getting a Waste Management facility to even answer their phone if you want to take it anywhere else. Waste Management websites & half a dozen phone numbers do not address which sites are open to the public, actual hours of operation, and no person will ever talk to you on the weekends when trying to find out!
