I was on time to catch the Greyhound bus and I was notified right on the Greyhound station that the bus would be delayed 1 hour and 30 minutes!! Greyhound disgusting company should have notified me on time through email.. anyways, I realized that MegaBus was next block so I told this fat lazy donut-eater bitch who works at Greyhound if she could give me a refund and she said, "waita minut' boy" and kept walking while nobody else from Greyhound was taking care of the costumers because of their few and capable-limited lazy employees and for 30 minutes nobody assisted me until the fat bitch came back from lunch and said she couldn't help me with a refund.

I am a disabled Caucasian Jew Senior. After explaining I needed adaptive accomodations, I went to the Cafe to buy juice-the black female attendent refused me service. She walked off from the register as I was trying to pay her. When I tried to get some help from a Manager, I was told I was being BLOCKED FROM TAKING THE TICKET I HAD JUST PAID FOR BECAUSE A BLACK BUS DRIVER I HAD NEVER SEEN HAD STATED HE WAS DENYING ME SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD CURSED HIM OUT. MY FINDINGS WERE THAT GREYHOUND HAD A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM FOR DISABILITY NON COMPLIANCE AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE FROM THE LATE 90's until just last February. The Houston Metro has been reported to the Harris County DA's Office for the same Conduct Violations. No one has been available for comment. Even the black female taking the complaint was overtly condescending and abrasive. I found a black female ticket taker to be of the same anti-white man customer service type. All Whistleblowers were punished by denial of service.

By far the worst bus company i've ever used. The bus broke down for 9 hours. We were stuck in the parking lot of a gas station with no air and the bus and stinky restrooms. Other than that this bus company has a van from Plantcity to Orlando which we paid for! we were waiting for 2 hours in a gas station also,the van NEVER came to pick us up. So we called the bus company asking for the van and they claimed it was our fault the van didnt go pick us up. It was 4 people in total waiting for the bus. We were just done with our vacation, we didnt have much money left and we still had to pay a taxi to take us to the bus station which was an hour away! They made us look bad, people were looking at us like we were crazy with our baggage. They still dont want to give us back our money which we paid for the van.
Worst service ever... They kept us from 2 am till 630 am tried to talke with tne supervisoor and the answer was :"we cannot do anything", so whats the point of having a supervisor??? Don't the suposse to have people skills? They literally suck! And the driver was laughing at us because we couldnt do anything, in our faces? What kind of service is that??!! .. The company is very unprofessional and disorganized; in particular plump girl with glasses at the Heights location in Houston, TX. 1. They don't have the time of arrival at the destination. 2. For some strange reason they do not sell round-trip tickets; even though they are in the travel industry. 3. On trips past trips to Mexico with this company the bus has broken down, had the cooling/heating system not work, the bus driver did not want passengers to use the smelly restroom. 4. At the border there is a long wait time to get on another bus. 5. They sell tickets to tornado and zima real, but only accept credit cards for tornado, this is not mentioned anywhere until you try to pay with a credit card. Bad service take transportes chavez located a few blocks away you will not regret it and will get there faster.
