DO NOT go to this place! They're all nice until you give them your money and then they screw you! My order was 2 weeks late, they screwed up a majority of the dimensions. And some of the sides were not even finished. They were cut but never polished. When our contractor went to pick up our stuff, they made them wait several hours basically wasting a whole day of our contractors time and our money then only gave them 75% of the order and did not give the remainder of the slab we paid for which was worth hundreds of dollars all by itself. After we yelled at them they quickly finished the order and delivered it since we already paid to pick it up and they screwed that up but again never gave us the remainder of our slab that we paid for. Additionally they for some reason abandoned their rack in our garage and just left it there. A month later they still have their rack sitting in our garage, are refusing to bring us the slab that they had 2 opportunities to give us and instead of just dealing responsibly with their many mistakes they just hang up on me hoping I will deliver their rack to them and pick up my slab both at my expense when the only reason I don't have my slab is because they had 2 chances to give it to us and they screwed up both times. Now I am about to sue them! So BE WARNED! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
Traditional Designs is amazing and they really care about the customer and getting you exactly what you are looking for. They installed quartzite in my kitchen and it looks phenomonal. Martha goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Martha was so patient and caring trying to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She and her husband are GREAT people. If you are starting any remodel, please go with this company. You will be so happy with the results. Not only did they complete the job perfectly (including plumbing), they followed up to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. If I have any other remodel job, I will use them again and again. The crew was so neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company. When you use this company, not only do you get a great job, you gain new friends. Truly nice people!!!
Total scum of the earth. Do not trust these people. They do very low quality work. They did an extremely poor installation, they damaged my home, they left a huge mess. The did severe damage to the walls that were not near the area they were working. They have set appointments to fix the poor installation and damage. They have not shown up for any appointments. Mo the owner is a very scary person. He feels it is appropriate to threaten customers, miss appointments, scream, and cuss out his customers. NEVER TRUST THIS SCUMBAG.
I hired and payed Signature M&G to fabricate and install my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room. I worked with Abe mainly (there are 3 brothers). They did the kitchen and 2 baths and did a decent job. I was waiting on the cabinet to be installed for the laundry room so Abe said he would come back another day and do it. The piece was cut before the cabinet was ever set and it was wrong. I went round and round with lies of how they would make it right, even threatened to sue and nothing. Now I don't have a piece in my laundry room and they never even paid me back for what I already paid for.
Could not find this company.Maybe wrong address.Could not find this company.Could not find this company.
I can't even explain how happy I am with my new granite countertops. The expertise and pleasantness of the installers, Manuel and Daniel, made this such an enjoyable experience and outcome. I'm sure we'll be happy with this upgrade for many years. Thank you for all you've done.
I was doing a full remodel of my house and the contractors I hired turned it into a nightmare. they messed up the beautiful granite my wife chose out and ultimately turned my home into something I dislike completely. but when I came here the owner John along with one of their salesman Mohammed who was a great help managed to help me out not only on pricing but they also fabricate and install. after hearing my story they gave me a price that was almost HALF the price I was quoted for at another granite and marble yard. Now I wake up every morning and absolutely LOVE my new home it was more than what me and my wife imagined they honestly helped us through the full selection process and were very informative
All I can say is RUN as fast as you can away. Pay extra for a professional business this place is a joke in all aspects the only thing that are good at is running your credit card for good and services up front and good luck with the rest!
I would NOT recommend this company!!! This company is the WORST at returning phone calls and customer service! Jessica told me it would be a week for the granite to come in, and that she would call me the next day to give me a definate install date. This was on a wednesday and come monday i still had not heard from her. She claimed her son was in the hospital. I finally got ahold of her and got my granite and backsplash installed. 1 day after granite was installed i noticed a large stain on my island countertop. That was the same day the backsplash guys were installing the backsplash. The guys installing the backsplash broke one of my under cabinet lights and laughed at the fact he broke it. That was all over a weekend, that Monday i called Jessica to report the stain and the broken light and she told me to let the stain sit for a day or two to see if it went away. On thursday when the stain had not went away i called her, she told me she would come out on either friday or saturday to buff out the stain and fix the problem. I have not heard from her since! This is the worst company i have ever delt with!
Great pre-installation service. Charles took time to meet me at the warehouse to view samples and give advice. There were problems with the product that was installed as well as with the quality of the installation. Some issues were taken care of by Primstone, but some were not: Three out of 7 of my marble counters were poorly finished in that they had a dull finish instead of a glossy finish. One of the 7 counters also had deep scratches on its surface. Compared to the glossy finished counters, the dull counters have etch damage. I had a marble restoration company look at the problem countertops, and they quoted me $1000 to sand and refinish them to the proper gloss level. In addition to the above issues, a few of the sink cut-outs have chips in them. The chips were filled with epoxy, but one of the fillers fell out and another one of the chips (approx 1 inch long) is filled with epoxy that does not match the color of the marble compared to how well the other fillers match. Primstone did not step up to correct these problems because they were not reported at the time of installation.
