I went into the apple store (in galleria) today with an appt and had to wait close to 25 minutes after my appt time for them to finally service me. I went in because my IPhone 7+ has been dropping calls as well as freezing. So I got there early sign in and had to wait till my appt time. Then 3 people came in after me and was service before me. Then when I ask a worker how much longer I have he tells me he can’t give a estimated time cause they behind but they will get to me. Finally, when then got to me they tell me they gone do a software/hardware update I tell him my software is already updated so that’s not the issue, he takes my phone out it on computer and that was it. That’s the 2nd time I went to that location for the same issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION....

With all the rain from hurricane Harvey our television simply stopped working. Add a new baby to the mix, you can imagine I wasn’t thrilled when I could watch my shows outside for several days that I had as vacation. After scouting all over the internet, I found a company that could come out ASAP to take a look. After 2 mins of looking at my television and checking if there was power coming from the plug they diagnosed that the tv needed to be replaced and that a new one would cost me $2000 for the same size.I decided to get another quote, so contacted Multimedia Tech. I explained the complete situation and after explaining we had a two month old in the house and that the tv outside was an emergency I was immediately prioritiezed to expedite an appointment within 24 hours. A staff member called me within mins telling me he had been assigned my service request and that he would be out here first thing in the morning next day.After Jason looked at the television for 2 mins, he spent 10 more making some adjustments and had my television back up and working without issue almost right away - for only the price of the service call. It’s now November and I’ve yet to have any other problem with the television. It was very clear that the other company was just trying to rip me off. Oddly enough, I learned later that another friend had the same experience with the same company I contacted (TV Installation in Houston). Jason delivers his service with a personal touch and a fanatical customer-first mindset. I not even for a second would try anyone else out there after dealing with Jason and wish more businesses operated like Multimedia Tech!
Dealing with Frys has been totally disappointing and frustrating. First, I was unable to order my items on line because I never received an email allowing me to reset my password. I phoned the order in and was told I would receive an email from the store notifying me the order was ready for pick up in approximately 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received the email. I called the store and had to hold for approximately 15 minutes before I was able to speak with a store employee. He asked me for all of the information I had provided when I placed the order and put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he explained that the employees in that department were not answering the phone. He stated he would send them a message and someone would call me. I explained to him that this whole thing was making me a little nervous about buying anything from Frys because of the lack of service I had already experienced. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Will not be doing business with this store in the future.
So disappointed in Apple Store at Memorial City since it was remodeled. Last year, I went there to our purchase an iPad Pro for my husband. No one greeted me. I had to chase down a sale person who got another sales person eventually. I thought it was a bad time. Today, I went back to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. No one greeted me. Associates were looking at their tablets or busy talking. I left. I saw another person like my self looking at an iPhone and no one was helping him either. I have been an Apple customer since the Apple Iie. At one time, you could request an appointment with a personal shopper. This was at 11 am Saturday. No that crowded that someone could have to me they would be with me in 10 minutes.
