I've lived here for a year and am about to leave. Lots of great things about this place, so I'll be perfectly honest. Here's what I have to say.First, the good: -About half of the office staff are super friendly and helpful. -Considering the location and size of the complex (it's pretty large!), it's very quiet and feels safe (note that I'm a young single girl, living alone). -I've never had a problem with rowdy or obnoxious neighbors. -I like my apartment itself - it's old, but has a good layout. Great square footage for the price.-Assigned, covered parking with towing enforced. Now, there are a couple deal-breakers going on...-Maintenance. They're good about fixing small things. But all the apartments FLOOD HORRIBLY EVERY TIME IT RAINS! And every time I call to report it and submit a maintenance request; nothing is done. ONCE they replaced a portion of my carpet pad. But there is permanent damage, including rotted baseboards.-Yes, there are tons of roaches (and spiders!!), especially in the summer. The pest control makes no difference (I found bugs days after they made us move all our furniture to spray). The buildings are old. Bugs get in.-The OTHER half of the office staff are rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. They lose/forget important things, and aren't very good with package slips. I notified the office staff weeks in advance of my move-out date. I was assured it would not be a problem (extending my lease a couple weeks). Not long after, I received a call telling me that I needed to move out because another tenant was due to move in. When I tried to reason with them, explaining my prior conversation, the office staff HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back twice and visit in person to straighten things out. I've enjoyed most of my time living here. Never felt uncomfortable. If it weren't for such deal-breakers, I would totally stay. If you can put up with them, it's worth your money. Can't beat the location! Just remember, the rent is cheap for a reason.
What a great place this is!!! Dad has been in the Assisted Living for a year now and my sister and I could not be happier. The facility is lovely and very clean. There are multiple activities for the resident to do, including trips to Galveston or Brenham, etc. they go to the movies, the museum …
I am a current resident at 3000 Sage and I've noticed that the new leasing staff and management are really pushing to make our community safer and tolerable. I have lived here for about a year and a half and I feel great with the decision that I just made to renew my lease. There's a new gate system in the parking garage and around the apartments that was just put up and it's super secure now. The new management is really pushing to correct all of the prior complaints. I've seen so many changes.. The office is a much nicer place to go into now and even though I've been rude at times due to a long day at work and being crabby, I've seen the concern with making residents feel like our opinons and problems are a priority. My apartment is nice and cozy and everyone prefers girls night at my house because of my fancy place!I would definitely recommend leasing here. The only problem I would say that I have here is not wanting to leave the house because I love this place! :)Thanks 3000 Sage!
Let me just start by saying... Samantha Spector is amazing! I will never look to anyone else but her for any future apartment locating needs I may have! Let me tell you why...I actually stumbled onto her desk last month to help me find an apartment when all other resources were exhausted and from day 1, Samantha was the truth!I have never had anyone work so hard and with so much tenacity as her to make sure that my needs were met and that I found what I was looking for!Classy agent with a Modern Day Classy Style.
I have had a wonderful experience with Apartment Living Locators. Their agent Sheela Patil was phenomenal. Not only was she kind, but she took her time with me as I googled reviews for every apartment she suggested. I have now moved into my new place, and I have Sheela to thank. I was having a rough time during the apartment hunting process, and Sheela stepped right on in and helped to alleviate the stress. She is a Godsend.
Quiet, pleasant, overall a very positive experience for corporate housing. Centrally located, the staff are VERY accomodating and courteous. The apartment was very well appointed - everything you might need for a long term stay. Will most definitely recommend these apartments to others needing a place to stay for a few weeks. The cost was affordable - about half of what other places in the area are charging.
I'd first like to say Samantha Spector is completely amazing! Not only helped me look for a apartment but when nothing was coming up in my price range found me roommate's to move in with. As well was their when I had tenant questions. So if your ever looking for a place give her a call she'll do everything in her power to find the right fit for you!
The 3000 Sage staff is very attentive and reacts with a since of urgency when called upon. Staff member by the name of Stefani; always put priorty in residence. I had a major maintnance issue during the weekend. Stefani made sure it was handle in a expedient manner and checked up on my situation before, during, and after.
Amazing service fro free. You cant' beat that. They are very knowledgeable about the all the apartments. They were able to save me a full moth's free rent. I highly recommend.
I concur with Russell. It is sad to see our community being ravaged by thieves. I do hope it changes. We need security cameras at the gates and at the garage entrance.
Friends live here, it is almost impossible to get into the complex as a visitor, that's my complaint with them. The apartment is nice though.
