Do not hire this guy! He is not truthful, and will go after your money! I am remodeling my house and hired this guy to do some interior demolition, put trash in my dumpster, and remove roughly 4,000 bricks from the walls. My house is 50 years old in a neighborhood where an expensive type of brick - Cedar Bayou - was very commonly used and is selling for $2 a piece. Before hiring the guy, I interviewed him, who boasted how good and how cheap he could do the job, and how well he knows the neighborhood. He said he “collects” old bricks and might give me a good price if I allowed him to see the bricks. What a wonderful sales pitch, I gave him my address and asked him on the spot if my brick is Cedar Bayou. He said no it's a mixture of old Chicago and something else. I gave him the job only to know from my bricklayer that the brick is indeed Cedar Bayou. Even so I intended to honor the agreed price. However, not only did he not complete the job, he invoiced me more than what we agreed on. When I called him, he denied ever agreeing to part of the demo, and claimed that he told me my brick is Cedar Bayou. That was it, I am not going to deal with a guy like that anymore.Lessons learned, and I hope you do, too. Stay away from this guy! He operates under the names Demolition Fast, Envirolink, Inc., Trash Hauling Fast, Merchant Materials 7 Days, etc., so beware!

Paid a $500 deposit for aeration back on April 1, 2015. Understood when things got delayed by spring rains. However, now it is August 15, it has barely rained a drop in months and all I get s lame excuses and empty promises that the work will get done "in a week or two". Lately, my calls and emails often don't get returned. Do not use these scam artists for any kind of service.
This place was recommended to me by a neighbor. Bought kiddie cushio from them for our backyard play area. Order was delivered on time. Good prices, will buy from them again.
I hired Champion Landscape Supplies to lay a small surface of decomposed granite for a future enclosed patio of pavers at my condo. I wanted a small area (about 10 linear ft) sectioned off to leave space for a bed of ferns along the fence to soften the effect. Mr. Keith Ridley came to my place to see the space. I had had some plastic edging in there before and intended to remove and use it elsewhere. I asked Mr. Ridley, "Do you want me to remove that before you put in the bender board?" He said, "no, we'll remove it". The only reason I had left it there anyway was because it defined the area that I wanted separated. He subcontracted the job (another thing i was not told) and when the came they had no bender board. I called Mr. Ridley immediately and it was like talking to a stone wall- He didn't argue, he just listened to my talking and said nothing. I had to add a piece of plywood to keep the gravel in at the gateway to the patio. It was 3 inches deep. I have called Mr. Ridley twice since and he has ignored me both times. I have asked to speak to the owner, but he has not called me.
