Simm Ronn Service is run by Omar De La Garza. He was paid to teach 6 weeks of HVAC class but never shows up after 2 classes. He will come up with all kind of excuses to justify not showing up. if you enjoy getting ripped off, disrespected, threatened and wasting money, then this is the place for you.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! This store will tell you that they do exchanges if you buy the wrong thing or to much of something but they don't. They don't do refunds at all & when you try to do an exchange they tell you you can't because it's on sale. "Everything" is on sale! Be warned........

This is a new location that opened 2 weeks ago. I love that it is near my home and I love the pleasant atmosphere. The store is managed by a man and a woman with one employee. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in the door. I was not followed around the store (this happens at other beauty supp…
This establishment is very unprofessional and filthy. The owner (Mrs Wilson/Dupree) is controlling and lacks integrity. I attend this school but I strongly advise any potential students contemplating enrolling at 360 Degrees to reconsider that decision. UNLESS, you enjoy going to school infested with rats and roaches; if so this is the perfect campus for you. This place is falling apart on the inside; the roof and walls have mold on the inside them. The break room has small bugs EVERYWHERE. Ive attended school here for almost 6 months and we've went through multiple instructors. Most of them left because either their pay checks bounced, they were tired of being disrespected or they hated they way she mistreats the students. She steals the students tips and then blames the clients. This school is operated like a prison camp. The only reason why I'm doing this review is because I wish someone would've warned me.
Was a very good experience every one was so welcoming and nice, gave good ideas and treated me kindly. The BBB is good source
On the website say accept walk in but not true, there are 30 students doing nothing except looking at their phones but they will not take you. I had california hair color and took 6 hours with a horrible hair cut. They dilute the products and pull your hair like crazy, no supervision at all, total chaos if you happen to be in a birthday celebration it will be loud and crazy. Better pay the right price somewhere else instead having a bad surprise with your hair, poor kids, this school is a fraud.
The open house was awesome. Ms. G was wonderful. She gave us a tour and offered scholarships to help with tuition. This school is the one I chose and I am very happy here.
Beware of taking a title policy issued by Title Houston. My seller chose them and they issued me a title policy in May, 2014. In 2016, I received notice from the Harris County Appraisal District that said I owed over $11,000 in back taxes. When I called the title company about it, they assured me that there was a homestead exemption on the property when I bought it and so I shouldn't worry about it. In fact, the house had been in the seller's late wife's name and he had never filed for a survivor homestead exemption but the Title Houston, who knew the circumstances, used the prior year's information without checking that he had filed. When I got the actual bill, they ignored me for three weeks and did nothing to help me. Since penalties were piling up, I had to pay the Tax Collector/ Assessor. The title company was sloppy, unprofessional and unresponsive through the entire process. Lynne Sullivan was he closer. I will be following up.
Do not enroll at this school you will not learn anything. State board was shaking their head at another Franklin student when asked about this school and stated proper training was not given. Instructors and students are fighting in front of clients, no instruction being taught, no demonstrations.
We had very bad experience in Hanlin Academy at 7505 Fannin St. The principle is the nightmare for our kid. She exaggerated every misbehavior my son did, and even shout at him or kept saying that my son should stay at home for a couple of days.
In my opinion Hub Hyundai of Katy (I-10 Location) is the BEST Hyundai dealer in Houston for providing outstanding customer service and pricing.I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location in less than one year. This is due to the fact that my salesperson Ziya was extremely knowledgeable of his product, assessed our needs by asking the right questions and provided the very best options for myself and my daughters. Ziya was on point with his recommendations and did not pressure us in the least with options beyond what we asked for. In addition to Ziya, the sales manager Lawrence Varella and Finance Person Octavio Cancel were AMAZING in making our experience a pleasant one. This is a dynamic team at Hub Hyundai and should be highly commended for their dedication to customer service.
AT&T be careful with this company. I agreed to a 2 year contract for telephone, TV, and Internet. The agreed price was $143 plus tax. The first year was up and they told me my introductory price was up and increased my bill by $100. I switched to Comcast. Now they want me to pay a early cancellation fee. I don't feel that I owe it because my two year contract was for two years and I had told the operator originally that I would gladly take a two year contract so I wouldn't have to worry about a price increase and she said nothing at the time. Also when I returned their modem to the UPS store the gentleman that waited on me told me to be sure to keep the receipt for 3 to4 years because AT&T was bad about coming back in 2 or 3 years and accusing people of not returning the modem and wanting them to pay $200 for the modem.
