Phone number is for someone else, NOT the Houston Chronicle!!! There is no selection for any department to contact.
The advertising department called me because they found out that I had some co-op funds that could be used from a equipment supplier. They worked hard to put the add together and ran it in the paper, but they never provided tear sheets and did not process the claim for the co-op funds as they had promissed. The department now will not return calls. I will never run another add with the Houston Chronicle.
