Garcia Bus rental was great to work with. Their rates were better than a lot of the other companies we checked. Even when we had to do an overtime charge because weddings can sometimes go overtime they were very understanding. I was on time to catch the Greyhound bus and I was notified right on the Greyhound station that the bus would be delayed 1 hour and 30 minutes!! Greyhound disgusting company should have notified me on time through email.. anyways, I realized that MegaBus was next block so I told this fat lazy donut-eater bitch who works at Greyhound if she could give me a refund and she said, "waita minut' boy" and kept walking while nobody else from Greyhound was taking care of the costumers because of their few and capable-limited lazy employees and for 30 minutes nobody assisted me until the fat bitch came back from lunch and said she couldn't help me with a refund.

Siempre ehh viajado en Los Chavez y el servicio no era tan malo pero ultimamente las señoras que contestan los telefonos son muy irrespectuosas y hablan muy mal al cliente gracias a las personas como yo que viajamos tienen trabajo y deberian ser mas amables !! Hoy dia viajo y me encuentro con una familia de 5 a las cuales les asegurraron asientos y la oficina y ya el camion estaba lleno y ahora van los 5 parados en el camino hasta llegar a su destino final que es Dolores Hidalgo ...en verdad esta muy mal la compania con tal de recibir dinero asi los lleva parados sin un asiento y todavia el colmo de cobrarles el pasaje ...Sera la ultima vez que viaje con Los Chavez y boy a poner una queja por lo mencionado ����

I am a disabled Caucasian Jew Senior. After explaining I needed adaptive accomodations, I went to the Cafe to buy juice-the black female attendent refused me service. She walked off from the register as I was trying to pay her. When I tried to get some help from a Manager, I was told I was being BLOCKED FROM TAKING THE TICKET I HAD JUST PAID FOR BECAUSE A BLACK BUS DRIVER I HAD NEVER SEEN HAD STATED HE WAS DENYING ME SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD CURSED HIM OUT. MY FINDINGS WERE THAT GREYHOUND HAD A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM FOR DISABILITY NON COMPLIANCE AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE FROM THE LATE 90's until just last February. The Houston Metro has been reported to the Harris County DA's Office for the same Conduct Violations. No one has been available for comment. Even the black female taking the complaint was overtly condescending and abrasive. I found a black female ticket taker to be of the same anti-white man customer service type. All Whistleblowers were punished by denial of service.

This is the worst bus service. The bus smells there are cockroaches the restroom is not well kept. We left San Ciro at 12:15p and we were told it was a direct bus meaning no switching of buses and maybe a few stops on the way to pick up people. Anyhow we left at 12:15p and made our first stop from here on out till about 5p picking up people but at 4 we all had to get off and switch buses because the one we were on was having a mechanical error. This is completely understandable but inconvenient. Also the emergency exits in near my seat (25&26) is completely lose so my wife and I were umcomfortable because the cold air was getting in. The bus driver also had us all hit and cold the entire time I mean be fixed the ac to what suited him and that's now how it goes. The seats are completely uncomfortable and too small and they don't lean back far enough this entire bus trip was a horrible I don't NOT recommend this bus.
