There is no costumer service ! No one answers the phone calls. I have left several messages and respond.
This review is actually not a rebuttal to the previous one -- the fact that they both pertain to the service at this Walgreen's is purely coincidental. That said, I searched out this location on the site because I had a great experience there recently. I was in Texas on vacation and needed to ge…
I've been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. Marshall was the pharmacist and retired a few years back. Since he left, the incompetence just keeps growing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's all in the personnel and Walgreen's seems to be riding on their image.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The service takes forever and as I waited in line (for 20 minutes) to get Sudafed, for terrible congestion, every person that was assisted before me had to wait, comeback later due to their prescription being sent to another location or had to do price check…
"Evelyn" is a terrible employee and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a longtime customer of CVS and purchase many items there each month for my family. After I wanted to purchase an additional Infant's Tylenol for my daughter, I was informed by "Evelyn" that no, I could not purchase an additional Infant's Tylenol - and this was a full price item, for which I was not attempting to use any coupons- because CVS's new policy is to only allow one transaction, per customer, per day - no, not just for coupons - for ALL transactions, according to her. Interesting policy for a company in the business of making a profit. "Evelyn" obviously does not understand the policy, but she was extremely rude and abrasive, and I left the store practically in tears. Anyway, this is very disappointing and I will not purchase anything from CVS again.
I have used Fairway Pharmacy for several years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They have found discounts for some of my prescriptions and they have been able to answer my questions about various prescriptions in detail, checking on special concerns and calling me back. While their hours are a little limited compared to the chains, their "can do" attitude more than makes up for it!Fred J.
Friendly, helpful, affordable - love doing business with these guys!! I can count on Gary to get my medicine ready quickly so I can get it to my patients and I am able to pick up supplies I need because they seem to have everything.
Pharmacist George and his bilingual staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have weekend hours.
I had a prescription from NY that the pharmacy was able to transfer without any problems. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.
Primary Care Pharmacy is a marketing company that pulled my name from a mailing list, sent a script to my doctors' office for approval and sent me an unsolicited box of diabetes supplies. (I don't have diabetes) They had sent a script to my doctors' office for approval and they had mistakenly signed it. When I called the company, "Marty" said that my doctor had ordered the supplies from them. When I told him that, in fact, my doctor never ordered the supplies and that a nurse at my doctors' office told me they had unwittingly approved a script submitted by them by the pharmacy, Marty quickly agreed that was what had occurred. He told me that they were, in fact, a marketing company and that he would put on their "Do Not Mail" list and promised, "You won't hear from us again." Yet the following month they sent a script to my doctor's office! This time the office was looking for it and gave the pharmacy's order to me at my next appointment in case I wanted to report this to the Better Business Bureau. This is a dirty way of doing business and I'm sure that some of their unsolicited packages, did go to people with diabetes who assumed that their doctor, had, indeed, ordered the supplies
Greenspoint Pharmacy has been taking care of my wife and myself for over 10 years. With their courteous staff they make going to the pharmacy a real pleasure. Their pricing on their prescriptions is really great. You go to Greenspoint to get a prescription and get it filled then, and they work real well with all insurance companies to see that the patients get the best of medications and proper service. I have recommended Greenspoint Pharmacy to over a hundreds of patients, and will continue to do so.
Great Pharmacy and service, it's just to far from where I live. I live in Spring Texas and this pharmacy is about 10 miles away. Walgreens is one mile away. I'm a senior and on a limited income so I have to watch my gas. I do have one compounded RX that I don't get filled to often and I can usually arrange to pick it up when I see my doctor.
My clinik informed me to call this pharmacy to see if my pills were ready so i did so and i believe it was an asian lady whom answered i am not sure she denied giving me her name and i couldnt rilly understand her the problem here was that she answered and i asked if my pills are ready and she mentioned medicaid and i asked if she needed my info i was not understanding her at all she did not speak clear english but tried to get to the bottom of what i needed she than started screaming at me i told her never to speak to a customer like that like i said she denied giving me her name denied giving me name of pharmacy also denied letting me speak to a manager she stated there was no one there which i do not believe that i dont understand how she has that position its terrible having to deal with some one like that even more when your pregnant !!
