They only have one guy for our area to do repairs; and he threatened to kick our 15 pound therapy dog a miniature Schnatzer. The second time our stove broke we asked for someone other than him to fix our stove and they sent the same creepy guy back again who refused to fix the stove unless we "locked our dog up". Originally we filed a complaint to GE about the guy which was ignored. He is not the kind of person you want to have coming into your house; he's pretty scary. And to boot the stove has broken 2 times in the past 3 years and it is a high end GE Monogram. Bubye GE.

I waited over 2 weeks for the technician to come to the house. While waiting, I received for the appointment I received the part needed for the repair. When tech came to the house, the ice maker worked and he told me that he believed it was related to frost. We took the ice tray out and washed it and it continued to work. He then told me that he could not install the new part because it was working. The next day, it quit working again and hasn't since then. He already had the part and refused to install it.
Basically exactly what Brenda Said. AC capacitor fried, he had so many parts and finally found the exact part instead of waiting 4-5 days till an amazon shipping came. This store is a life saver, no more oven roasting me in my house.
For the first time I wish there were more than 5 stars. This guy really cares about people not sweltering in the Houston heat. He opened up on Sunday just so we could buy the part to get our a/c working without having to call in a repairman. He took his time, looked up the right part and even explained how to test another part in case it was the issue. Very reasonable prices. Can't praise him enough. He's in Jersey City and we're close to NRG. But it was worth every mile to have a cool house again. What a refreshing experience. Thank you so much.

I have to start with that this is the very 1st review I have ever written, that's how sad this was.The owners are rude and have no sense of customer service. I live in Sugar Land and work downtown. From my office I took the Katy freeway to the beltway and arrived at their store. From there its the toll road to 59 south to home...about 25 miles one way and $4 in tolls including off ramp.The gal asked me if the skates were to be sharpened today or pick up tomorrow...I said today, but would appreciate the next day rate, which is $2 cheaper. I asked since I drive Out of my way and pay toll road fees would they consider the next day price since my son doesnt skate at MCM so its not convienent. It was only a question and her response was "that will never happen". Then she got very sarcastic saying you want it you pay for it. I grabbed the skates and walked out...she was yelling..."so long" "take it elsewhere"...Bye as if to shove me out. If you ever met her you can see that she is crabby and makes you feel like your inconvinencing her and not to ask too many questions. What a way to treat people. I feel sorry for her husband, John.
