At first it was nice to go with my husband to his doctor, Because he forgets to tell the doctor things he needs to know. Plus the covenant location. Close to my residence. Later visits slowly the attitudes changed. He wasnt given the full amount of his medication or he taken to much which ever the case may be it was enough, I called the doctors office to call in another script for him to take his medication. Who ever answered the phone told me " NO HE NEEDS TO COME IN AND TAKE HIS BLOOD TEST, AND WE NEED TO WAIT ON THE RESULTS FROM THE SPECIALIST. DID HE GO? I TOLD HER YES WE HAVE TO GO IN TWO WEEKS. WELL HE HAS TO WAIT TILL WE GET THE RESULTS BACK. I SAID HE HAS TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR HIS MEDICATION? SHE SAID I GUESS SO. I Told her Im going to take him to another doctor. She said alright and hung up the phone. I wasnt offered an appointment or anything just attitude My husband did go to take his blood test for his medication, but was still given an attitude.
Just read the other reviews and you will get a good idea of what you would experience at University Trace. I have been a tenant in this place for 8 years and the current board has increasingly made it Hell to live here. The location is great and they have been improving the property itself, but the obsessive compulsive behavior of the board has just about run it's course with me. The majority of the people that live here are nice, and I hate to be looking for a new place, but there comes a time when the Gestapo behavior and overreaching control of the elitist board gets to be too much. Even when the owners themselves aren't happy, there seems to be no relief from the onslaught of threats of fines. My owner has complained and tried to attend multiple owners' meetings and they have been cancelled on a moments notice. Heed my warning before it's too late, this place is poison with the current board of directors in charge.
I have been to this office twice.. first time I called the scheduler name Yvonne gave me an attitude advising me "this was my only option, did i want to schedule or not!" I gave it a second chance.... I attended my appointment, she gave me an attitude in person!! then as someone passed by she changed her tone of voice! She does not need to work at this location as others also complained about her! Rude person to sick people!!
New management that is wonderful. Person claiming he was harassed should move to a trailer in the country because he believes he doesn't understand restrictions or how to pay rent to keep from getting evicted.
These people are extremely unprofessional my daughter went there the very first day they sent the wrong student home with by daughter daycare then got an attitude with the Driver when she explained that she would not bring the wrong student back bc i had to go get my daughter that was left. Also they said they sent letters home with her trying to contact me. My daughter is 3 yrs old. They say it's a free program but they charge to full out the application. They say they care about teaching but they aren't teaching the kids they are just passing time and getting government funding to pay employees.. Smh.. They suspended my daughter then stated that they would not let her come bk until I can meet with her Teacher who doesn't have any morning conferences. Refused to set up a conference with director instead since the teacher can't meet in the mornings.

Government assistance is government assistance, you guys. What are we to do BUT get a job! GET A JOB so that you do not have to deal with these people in ANY way! In my opinion, the government really doesn't want to have to issue out money to anybody, so they make it difficult. I agree with them in a way! Nobody is given handouts, but at the same token stuff happens in life to people; therefore, people need the help. At least help exists. If you get denied look for other alternatives. The government will not deny you for no reason. I mainly wish that the government's employees were all on the same page via information because unfortunately, they are not. Also, I wish that the government's employees had BETTER communication! In other words, it may help to give a little heads up to look out for something that we are going to receive in the mail, especially if we have to respond to it by a certain DATE! THIS HELPS!!!!
I've lived here for a few years now, I get harassed by the elderly management. There all the same. They will tow your car in a instant and your guests will get towed if not careful. Its a headache . tried to work on my car once and I had the fire dept police and the ambulance came along with a tow truck. .. I was replacing my fender and oil.. I got pretty heated about that. Good place to retire if your white and ancient.
Don't live here. The condos themselves aren't bad but the property manager is a terrible person and the board members support her tyrannical and illegal behavior. She picks and chooses which rules to enforce and who to enforce them against to the point of harassment. If you aren't elderly then be prepared to be picked on and to have fines imposed on you for everything you do (having wind chimes, a pet, curtains that aren't white,, shoes on your porch). The old people here have nothing better to do than watch you, report you for frivolous matters, or try to blame you for things you didn't do. The plumbing has been getting worked on for years and never seems to be fixed. Too bad the management is awful, otherwise these are well kept condos in a great location.
I'm hesitant to give it even ONE star. I just called because my SNAP case is wrong on their computer. It shows I got an amount of money that I never received. I was told by 211 to contact my local office since they're the only ones that can fix this. Well I called, I got transferred to a very rude lady who I realized was talking on her cell phone at the time I called, I stated my case and she got irritated and told her friend on her cell "let me call you back" she got irritated when taking my social security number. She looked me up and said the computer says you got both amounts for May and June. I assured her, that was wrong, I keep my receipts and at no time was the May amount ever added to my card. She insisted with much attitude that since the computer said that I got my amount that it was right and therefore "HAVE A NICE DAY" as she was getting ready to hang up on me, I asked to speak to someone else because 211 saw the mistake as well as the SNAP number and both asked me to call this office. She transferred me to a voicemail. This lady was extremely rude and though I was taught to never raise my voice, boy did I sure want to but held back. It's hard enough having to ask for help and when we get people like that over the phone unwilling to help it makes one feel worthless. We go through hard times and this is the treatment we get for our suffering? If people don't like their jobs, go somewhere else there's others that'd be happy to hear cases and help where it's necessary. I'm very upset with the phone service. I don't drive due to my disorders or I'd go in person but this is just horrible.
