Look around this place, all the departments need to be call together and need to be shown how to clean, wash, and read notes on doors. Also need to learn how to read the residents names on there clothes. No one yet has known how to bring my mothers clothes back to her. They bring other residents clothes to my mother. where hers goes is beyond me. We have lost 7 tops 7 pants and 7 socks also 4 bars. Lost lots of others things that we can't find at all. Only a few staff that care where her things are and really try to find them. It's like talking to the wall. When ask a question it's like I really don't know what to tell you mam. I could go on and on but no use. Just need someone higher up above them to get some real answers.

My mom was one of the first residents at Bridgecrest. We moved there in April and she lived there until her death, at age 97, August 29, 2014. I have had vast experience with a number of nursing homes in the East Harris County/Baytown/Pasadena area. Bridgecrest is by far head and shoulders above the rest of them. The love, compassion and care they gave my mom was beyond compare. After she went into hospice (1 week) and we were there almost around the clock, they took care of us like we were one of their own. Kudos to everyone at Bridgecrest the administrator to the housekeeping crew. Y'all are so awesome. Much love and thanks, Cindi Nettles
Do not enter the VIP contest as what the real prize is - 3 hrs open bar of well drinks and very cheap beer that must be a reserved night a week in advanced and for the hours of 6pm to 9pm only. The place is nice inside and the dancers will only speak to you if you promise to buy them a lot of table dances, but be sure to have a good hold on your valuables as some of them tend to want to relieve you of them without your ok !!!
Looking for cool spot to pop in and have drink well Dowling Street Bar is your spot . Somedays there is live music for Happy Hour for the mature crowd . And R&B and Hip-Hop later on during the night . Great dj's through out the week especially Sunday which features Dj Aggravated from 97.9 the box with a mix Oldschool Hip-hop , R&B and blues and Zydeco . Strong drinks at the bar with a great staff .
This home is hidden away and most people do not know they even exist. There are no odors, people speak to you as you are walking down the hall and the people who live there look happy. We chose this home for our mom. We are pleased with Windsor Houston and would recommend them to others.
This is a wonderful place to adopt a well-socialised animal. They are a no-kill shelter that has a local representative. The animals have their shots and flea preventitive is applied before you take your pet home. The cats are not put up for adoption until their personalities warrant.
If you want to go in for great tea, some coffee, sheesha/hookah, cigars, loose tobacco, or just to talk- they've got you covered. The selections are pretty great and the prices are more than fair. Everyone is in a good mood, and there is free WiFi and a TV. Definitely going back.
Mac lounge is a nice spot ran by two young men that are all about serving the customer. It's a new place that looks small but it's the quality of service, food, and drinks that makes this place great. The furniture is nice. It fits the name of the place, ( Mac lounge).
Staff is compassionate and knowledgeable, facility is new and beautiful. Top of the line rehabilitation gym, equipment, and therapy staff. The best place in Houston to send your loved one for short term rehab, skilled nursing, or long term nursing care.
