I’ve been a patient at this location for 3 years. I chose it because of the flexible hours of operation. I called to ask if they could fill my blood pressure meds for two weeks due to my not being able to get there and the guy by the name of Christopher told me no I had to come in. Today I get there and was refused service because they wanted me to pay for my office visit. I have insurance and have never had to pay before. When asked why I was told it was the “estimated” amount of the visit. I informed them I had not had my blood pressure meds for 2 weeks and they didn’t care. Normally I am billed for my co-pay/deductible but today was different. Needless to say, I wasn’t allowed to see the doctor and didn’t get any medication. This place is not for working people with insurance....they are ideal for patients with Medicaid. Money is more important than your health. The doctor orders lots of test but never discuss it with you when you return. You could really go in and diagnose yourself and he will go with it as long as you pay for the office visit. That is, if you can get past the 2 goons at the window!
At first it was nice to go with my husband to his doctor, Because he forgets to tell the doctor things he needs to know. Plus the covenant location. Close to my residence. Later visits slowly the attitudes changed. He wasnt given the full amount of his medication or he taken to much which ever the case may be it was enough, I called the doctors office to call in another script for him to take his medication. Who ever answered the phone told me " NO HE NEEDS TO COME IN AND TAKE HIS BLOOD TEST, AND WE NEED TO WAIT ON THE RESULTS FROM THE SPECIALIST. DID HE GO? I TOLD HER YES WE HAVE TO GO IN TWO WEEKS. WELL HE HAS TO WAIT TILL WE GET THE RESULTS BACK. I SAID HE HAS TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR HIS MEDICATION? SHE SAID I GUESS SO. I Told her Im going to take him to another doctor. She said alright and hung up the phone. I wasnt offered an appointment or anything just attitude My husband did go to take his blood test for his medication, but was still given an attitude.
Just read the other reviews and you will get a good idea of what you would experience at University Trace. I have been a tenant in this place for 8 years and the current board has increasingly made it Hell to live here. The location is great and they have been improving the property itself, but the obsessive compulsive behavior of the board has just about run it's course with me. The majority of the people that live here are nice, and I hate to be looking for a new place, but there comes a time when the Gestapo behavior and overreaching control of the elitist board gets to be too much. Even when the owners themselves aren't happy, there seems to be no relief from the onslaught of threats of fines. My owner has complained and tried to attend multiple owners' meetings and they have been cancelled on a moments notice. Heed my warning before it's too late, this place is poison with the current board of directors in charge.
The service is very good without a doubt. The food is delicious. My only complain is the DJ. I love hanging out in the village with my gals, the DJ just didn't know which songs to play. We tried requesting some nice dance music but he never listened and he kept playing out dated songs. We regretted coming here and went to another bar which actually played some good songs. The DJ really drags the standard down.
Well my experience is limited almost to nothing. I am trying to locate an IRS office that serves Humble, Texas. You are about the closest office. I will keep plugging!
This is not the number to call for help. Call 713-209-3660 in Houston or if elsewhere call 877-777-47788 for Taxpayer Assistance Office (TAO). TAO is the most helpful office I've ever seen. They are exceptionally well trained, helpful, caring and have or can direct you to all the answers you need.

In August 4, 2016, I was filing marital status discrimination against bank of America with OCC, and the OCC made a duplication of my case, for my issue, which was case#03107350 and 03107351, where the resolution letter had not mail out to me. The bank of America, NA, owed me $26.10, for two separates $13.05 , for s.f. superior court e-filing online, civil case filing, that was fraudulent act by s.f. superior court's clerk and the bank said that I had not cancel my debit card ending in 3859. In other hand, the $400.00 (see fax#2, claim# 16031100311) was connected this claim. The bank owes me $400.00 also because they said that this amount was linked to $26.10. It means that the bank was not honest during the process of $400.00 claim, that this amount was yet not processed. In this supportive document revealed that 'online reply expired' (see at fax#3) in July 7, 2016, in page claim inbox and it stated the claim was resolved in March 25, 2016 for July 6, 2016 (see fax#4), in page claim# 160325101553. In conclusion, in my case, when a late resolution letter comes from a claim that was more than 90 days old, it simply means this claim connected with other claim, the bank of America did not respond to my message regarding 60 days period for expired $400.00 claim. By the way, I want to get my resolution letter from the OCC. So, please process my complaint, Mr. Eversole. I have been to this office twice.. first time I called the scheduler name Yvonne gave me an attitude advising me "this was my only option, did i want to schedule or not!" I gave it a second chance.... I attended my appointment, she gave me an attitude in person!! then as someone passed by she changed her tone of voice! She does not need to work at this location as others also complained about her! Rude person to sick people!!
