Due to construction I had to change my date for months based of my contractors projected, clearly failed completion dates, and the ladies in the office were always quick to assist with no questions asked. Now install day has come and gone, and just like the girls, my installer Rene was very polite and professional. I will continue recommending these guys to everyone!

Just when you think that common sense and manners have left society someone comes along to remind you to smile there is still kindness in the world. My elderly father paid or install of a new dishwasher and the driver Rene explained to him his valve for his dishwasher was bad and he would ave to change but that would be an additional fee. My father was just going to return the dishwasher as he is on a fixed income and could not afford to pay any additional fees. Rene completely understood and changed the valve anyways and told my father that it is our duty to respect and protect our elders. There just are not words right now

After Harvey left my home in shambles, I am finally on the down hill slide and purchased my appliances and needed them installed. I found this company on the internet. When they got to my home they told me the oven I selected would not fit, because I bought a dbl oven instead of the one with a microwave like I had before. Being a single mom I have to make conscious decisions about every dollar I spend, so I asked the gentleman with tears in my eyes what I should do. He explained every detail of why he would have to do some cutting and that he could do it right then and he gave me a price that I could afford. I was beyond tears when he was done. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's late Saturday afternoon, and thought that I was going to have to wait until after the weekend to get it installed. My neighbor gave me the number to this company and they were able to add me to the route the same day, and the gentleman that came to my home were very polite and professional.

I went into sears purchased a double oven with installation at 6 pm on March 21st. By 3 pm on March 22nd I had my double oven installed. I got a 3 hour time window , then on top of that they notified my 30 mins prior to arriving . Office staff , installers everyone was amazing. I will certainly be returning!!

Communication is great. Always keeps me informed on my order. Will let others know about their services. I love that they deliver from all types of stores. I needed a cell phone charger and they went out to get it within 45 minutes! Will use again.

Very very poor service. Manager Jennifer was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even threatened to shot me if I come to the office to address my issue. I have never seen any manager handling a business that way. The representative who answered my call was a lot nicer and understanding than the manager, Jennifer , who is supposed to set an example. She turned a misunderstanding with a customer on the phone into a gun fight by straightening to kill me , the customer if I show up at the office to talk to someone else that can address my problem. I will make sure the owners of this business know the employed a rude and bad manager. She needs to be stopped one way or another.

TSC sent a courier to the hospital to notarize a form and deliver it on short notice. I was very impressed. I will be utilizing their services in the future and thank you!
