I went into the apple store (in galleria) today with an appt and had to wait close to 25 minutes after my appt time for them to finally service me. I went in because my IPhone 7+ has been dropping calls as well as freezing. So I got there early sign in and had to wait till my appt time. Then 3 people came in after me and was service before me. Then when I ask a worker how much longer I have he tells me he can’t give a estimated time cause they behind but they will get to me. Finally, when then got to me they tell me they gone do a software/hardware update I tell him my software is already updated so that’s not the issue, he takes my phone out it on computer and that was it. That’s the 2nd time I went to that location for the same issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION....

Dealing with Frys has been totally disappointing and frustrating. First, I was unable to order my items on line because I never received an email allowing me to reset my password. I phoned the order in and was told I would receive an email from the store notifying me the order was ready for pick up in approximately 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received the email. I called the store and had to hold for approximately 15 minutes before I was able to speak with a store employee. He asked me for all of the information I had provided when I placed the order and put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he explained that the employees in that department were not answering the phone. He stated he would send them a message and someone would call me. I explained to him that this whole thing was making me a little nervous about buying anything from Frys because of the lack of service I had already experienced. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Will not be doing business with this store in the future.
Stay far away! Tony is very rude. Smart Warehousing should really do a side by side with this clown.
The best supermarket in town. They have lots of good stuffs here and the line of customer is quick and short. I love to shop here.
So disappointed in Apple Store at Memorial City since it was remodeled. Last year, I went there to our purchase an iPad Pro for my husband. No one greeted me. I had to chase down a sale person who got another sales person eventually. I thought it was a bad time. Today, I went back to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. No one greeted me. Associates were looking at their tablets or busy talking. I left. I saw another person like my self looking at an iPhone and no one was helping him either. I have been an Apple customer since the Apple Iie. At one time, you could request an appointment with a personal shopper. This was at 11 am Saturday. No that crowded that someone could have to me they would be with me in 10 minutes.
Service sucks here, they always have the entrance doors closed, making you walk through the horde of people in the self checkout line.
Great Customer Service and products. They even ship to Canada for free. As far as the shipping goes, you really can't beat it if you can wait another day or so for the item. It's worth it, really.
I am soooooo sick of this store. I have to check the receipt every time to make sure sale prices are correct. When I catch it I get the item for free, but that means another trip back to the store. I also hate seeing an employee sitting on the store scooter having a cigarette right by the entrance. Right by, meaning a few feet from the door. Tacky tacky.HEB is further away but I guess I will sacrifice convenience for true quality.
I have shopped at this store since it opened. It used to be a really clean and well stocked store. Not so any longer. The store is always out of stock, even Kroger brands. There are so many grocery carts filled with items people decided not to buy around the store, it is hard to maneuver. Especially near the Pharmacy. These carts include frozen products. I am buying less frozen products because I am not sure if they put them back in the frozen foods area. In fact I am buying less items period because they are not in stock. The store is not as clean as it used to be.Most of the cashiers are very good. The lines can be long. Pharmacy personnel are fantastic.I miss the clean, well stocked Kroger store.
On May 10, 2016 I called Gus to have repair done on my LG smart TV through LG service repair company and recommended JandK electronics. It's been almost a whole month and haven't received a call or text. Gus was quick on getting pictures of the TV and receipts but has failed on his customer service skills. I called LG and changing service after reading all the reviews not worth it.
