Hate to give them one star. Do not ever rent from Mosaic they are awful. Vikki Yost, the regional director of Timberlakes at Atascocita, is beyond rude. Transferred to another unit on March 10 and killed numerous bed bugs that night. Instead of trying to fix the situation she was rude and threatened me to move my clothes from my other unit. Asked if I could hire my own pest control company before I moved my clothes so they wouldn't mess up and she said no. She is a rude hag and I can't wait to meet her. They are gonna to pay for everything I lost and the bites my child got from the bed bugs. Stay far away or you will regret it. Her name once again is Vikki Yost and she needs to be fired!!!!!!

LIVED THERE 5 YEARS.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.MOLD,ROACHES,BEDBUGS.THE MANAGEMENT TREAT UOU LIKE A PIECE OF DIRT.DID I SAY MOLD.PEOPLE MOVE IN AND MOVE RIGHT BACK OUT.I WARNED YOU!!!!!!😢😒😞😞😞😞😞😣😢🐷🐷

Is been a good place to live here so far , great school area for my son ,management staff are very friendly maintenance request are fast. I would recommend this apartments to my friends.

They are nice apartments. However,they do not care about protecting women in domestic violence issues. I left my abusive ex seeking residence at the Voyager. I chose there mainly bc of the “high” security doors there. It turns out, my ex was able to somehow disable the doors and get to my apartment. Management never cared to permanently fix the doors. They also don’t like you calling the police or courtesy officer. Guess bc they are worried their property will look bad or something. My ex (who had criminal trespassing in place at that property, liked to frequently call cops to do welfare checks on our 4 yr old to irritate me. He wanted them to evict me and clearly stated that in emails. So, they eventually did!!!! They put notice on my door that said I had to go for domestic disturbances and needed to leave in 3 days!!!! I fought to extend it couple more weeks. They do not care about women coming there out of domestic violence situations! Horrible management! They are very unsympathetic to a domestic situation that you don’t even have control over!

This is a lovely facility and I do plan to move there. Office staff was very courteous and worked with me to find the best apartment there for my needs. Grounds are neat and pretty and lots of activities scheduled.

Vivo como en mi propia casa, llevo viviendo aqui por mucho tiempo y no me voy, porque este lugar tiene un buen mantenimiento, la manager es humana y justa, no hay delincuencia, se vive bien, son grandes los townhomes y baratos comparados a los alrededores.

This apartments are very unsafe.We have been here for 6 months and we had someone got inside the apartment and stole all they could find. Its not a good idea to live here, specially if you are alone. Hate this place. Management just informed that they wont receive anymore packages from amazon or any other place, so they will leave it in your door... with the crime here its the worse idea possible

Poor maintenance, none of the laundry machines working The rent is high comparing the service they give I regrate I move here. There should be a big management change.

If you’re planning on living here, DONT!! Please take the comments in consideration on choosing weather you should move here or not.... so where should I start? Management, oh well they are unorganized, always having someone different working in the office, there’s been different managers you never know who to talk to, the asst manager well don’t ever try and ask her for something because it’ll never get done... you’ll be on a wait list for a garage until the last couple of months of your lease... fed ex and ups packages go to the front, we’ll dont expect to get your package, they’ll send them back if the name doesn’t sound familiar... parking, oh anytime after 6 you won’t find a parking spot next to your residence you’ll end up getting that excersise in from parking your car and walking to your door...... I had a newborn, I had to walk litterally parking in the front by the office all the way to the back complex WITH A NEWBORN in the pitch dark not only once or twice... maintenance yea don’t count on them if you need anything fixed... You like dog poop? well living here you better get used to it, because it’s EVERYWHERE!! They say the give you a fine if you leave dog poop on the ground, well obviously DONT enforce it... There is always cars getting their wheels and tires stolen at night and management DOES NOT do anything about it, people mess with other vehicles management DOES NOT do anything about it.... walls and ceilings are paper thin you can hear your neighbors... I’m sure there is more I can say but I just can’t come to words right now! I just advice anyone and everyone think before moving to Clearpoint Crossing...

The Trails at Rock Creek are considered luxury apartments and they are nice but they are expensive. For the price I was paying I expected more! The gates were often broken so people who didn't live there would come and fill up the dumpsters. On one of the many occasions when the gate was broken I got robbed, with no security cameras on the property the criminals got away with it! On another occasion when the gates were broken a tenant was going crazy driving fast in and out of the apartments racing through the gates and almost killed a mother and her child in the parking lot. I was mortified and the mother was in tears! When I first moved in, the office staff was amazing but the current office staff are unprofessional. With the exception of Jason, he was part of the original staff and he's still on his game but the rest of them are rude. They don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls. There were a couple of times I had to call for maintenance when I first moved in and the repairs were taken care of right away but the new staff doesn't seem to care about the tenants like the old staff did. The faucet in my shower popped out of the wall so I couldn't use it. I had to call the office several times before I got someone to answer, then I had to wait 3 days to get the repair done. On the 3rd day I went into the office to see what was going on and she acted like it was no big deal. It was repaired that day when I got home from work but something like a shower should have been fixed by the next day. When I was moving out, I got to experience their rude attitudes one more time as a going away present. I called the office a few times on December 31, 2017 to find out where to leave my keys because I wouldn't be done when the office closed at 5 pm but no one ever answered so I left a message and like usual no one called me back. I looked for a drop box but couldn't find one and the next day was New Years Day so they were closed. The next morning I called right away and they tried to tell me I owed for 2 days because I didn't turn in the keys. I tried to explain to them that I called several times and left a message but they didn't care. I spoke to 2 different ladies and they were so rude! I lived there for 18 months, I paid my rent on line and I was never late but they didn't care they said I should have put it in the drop box. When I went by with the keys they showed me a drop box that is no where near the door and it's the same color as the brick so I couldn't find it at night. I wish I could have remembered their names so I could have included them on this review, but if you go there you will know who I'm talking about because you too will experience their attitudes!!!
