Avoid dealing with this company! They are too slow to respond to emegencies which could put your health and safety in danger. Present them with facts and they will say they are not true. Slum lord...good description !
Would give less than 1 star if I could. The location at fm 1960 @ champion forest is awful. Expired items flood the shelves. Not just once or twice, but often. Terrible lines with only 2 lanes open. Express lane not open at all when long lines of shoppers are crammed into 2 aisles. Ridiculous. Neighbors all admit they ONLY shop there because it is so close.
The process to move in was very fast. The only problems I have had is some things should have been checked before renting the unit out. My husband has almost been electrocuted twice since we have been here in 2 occasions. My hot water was not working for 4 days after we moved in and had to take showers with my family at this sleezy motel that rents by the hour. Alot of trash needs to be removed from the property that the owners want us to remove even though it's not ours. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. Overall the area is ok and I like out new home. I just feel like for safety issues they should have took more time to inspect the property.
They get paid to send letters to homeowners, it is extremely frustrating to deal with them, I have been living in this house for more than ten years and everything was great until the board decided to change the property manager company. The only good thing about them is that for the first time in long time the neighbors meet outside their houses to discuss their level of harassment. If you ask them a question they never have an answer and don't call you back.
I am a very happy tenant me and my family have been living in the same property for 4 years and the management company has been most helpful in all our request on repairs. I appreciate their customer service what I like is a real person answers the phone not a recorder. I recommend Strategic Properties Inc. as a great management company they treat us like family.
POTENTIAL TENANTS AND HOMEOWNERS RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!I can't even give them one star....horrible... won't answer emergency calls...don't use as a management company, you will end up looking like a slum lord...won't keep the house up or tell you that the house needs maintenance....will argues about doing their job and your tenants to you....when things really get rough, they will leave you stating they can't do what you need. Not to mention if you upset them too much they will only communicate through text messages....not professional...
Worst property management company in Houston, period. Leased us a house in Cypress, we underwent the first 26 days of June with no air conditioning, were told to just move out instead of getting it fixed properly. I agreed, and requested my deposit and first month's rent returned. All of a sudden, we received a working air conditioner.House was also infested with rats. After multiple "treatments" from a suspect exterminator, we just had to give in to the fact that the rats weren't going anywhere. Fortunately, they kept themselves to the attic and garage. Unfortunately, they held what sounded like bowling competitions throughout the night above our heads. Also upon leasing, house was filthy. Utterly filthy, and the refrigerator and freezer interior were coated in mold. Upon move-in inspection with the property manager, I was told to make sure I clean the fridge and freezer with bleach.Long story which could be so much longer, I'll make it short They will NOT clean, or maintain the properties in anyway. If something breaks, you will be argued with and insulted before you will hope to get a repair. If you're handy at fixing things yourself, you can avoid what will definitely become an ugly phone call.
I would strongly advise looking elsewhere as far as a realtor goes. I rented from these people and it was in the straight up Ghetto..I didn't move into my apartment, I moved in with the family of roaches who had been already living there. The smell of stagnant water and mildew never went away. Black mold present on the windows. The a/c nor heater worked. They didn't want to fix anything..just plain disgusting. They won't fix a damn thing..just filthy. The gunshots won't stop, I wouldn't dare give a dime to these rats, they'll evict you the moment you start complaining and calling the necessary people. Go elsewhere.
I would strongly recommend that anyone avoid this company. My wife needed an MRI and her physician apparently uses them for scheduling. I called last Monday, AM, Noon and afternoon and again on Tuesday. Only got recordings. By Wed, I gave up and we made other arrangements. I left them a message advising this. Late last week, I get a call from a guy, all cheerful about scheduling an MRI. I explained that it had already been done, explained about the calls and he assured me a Manager would call me. No calls, now days later. Then to top it off, day before yesterday we got a call from Lakeside MRI "confirming my wife's scheduled MRI". Mexix had apparently went ahead and scheduled her without ever talking to us. Had they not called to confirm, we would have been a no show for a valuable asset and probably would have been charged a missed appointment fee. They just are really bad.
