I went to this shop because I had been looking for a refrigerator and stove since mine was old and starting to get bad. My aunt recommended this place and I was happy she did. I went and the shop has a lot of amazing of stuff at really good prices. Willie, the owner helped me out and gave me a deal for buying both, had it delivered for free. The items have been working perfectly without issues. I definitely recommend him.

SCAM WARNING!!: my fridge stoped cooling so I contacted ericks appliances,they charged me $50 on the spot to set up appointment the next day which the “technician” was late 4hrs. It happens no problem. The “technician” gets to my home and leaves in less than 10 min diagnoses it’s a bad compressor. It comes out to be a $450 to $500 bill. It threw some red flags so I decided to do some research. Thanks to google and YouTube I was able to diagnose my fridge in less than an hr. It happens to be my relay switch wich I purchased the same day for $23. Replaced it myself in less than 15 min. My fridge is working perfectly fine now. WOW.. BTW I purchased the relay switch from ADVANCED APPLIANCES on 35 in front of McDonald’s. They were very helpful and even helped me on telling me how to install the new relay switch. Talked to Erick personally did nothing to make it right.
This contractor is horrible. The control panel of the microwave in the house doesn’t work, I filed claim through American Home Shield and a technician from Hornet doagnosed the problem Inc August 3rd. According to the technician’s report the malfunction of the microwave is caused by the leaking of the roof, which is ridiculous. The kitchen is on the first floor, there is no rain in Houston for a long time and even the second floor has no leaking at all. There is no way for me to believe that the problem of the microwave is caused by the leaking of the roof! Stay away from this contractor!
I had AARScome our to trouble shoot and repair my ice maker. A tech came out and said my ice maker was bad. I asked how he knew that because he didn’t use any instruments or tools...he can back and replaced it...I paid almost $400 for that ice maker.It made ice for about three days and stopped again...the tech came out unscrewed the maker and said it was unplugged from the inside...plugged it in and no ice again...I called them back out again and he said it was the water valve and replaced it...I refused to pay him another $200 for that...he left mad...it made ice for two days and guess what...it’s not making ice...I called them back and the owner refuses to talk to me after he took my $400 for services that didn’t even fix the problem.Moral of the story is the tech didn’t know and was just replacing things as he goes and trying to charge for it...DO NOT USEI’ll see this guy in court.

I have been waiting four weeks for a part from the manufacturer. Each time I have called Big Kountry, the part is on back order. I called today and the computer is done. They called the mfg and their computers were done, how ironic. I will never recommend this company to my worse enemy. The person answering the phone was not friendly or professional. They have lost a customer.
