HORRIBLE PLACE! FIRST they tried to say I never dropped off my specimen then they said I didn't label it! It was clearly labeled WITH the order form in the sealed bag!!! Have to do samples all over again!

Terrible place. Waited for almost 2 hours and left without seeing Dr. Do. They didn't seem to care I had to get my kids. As if I dared to have anything to do but wait on them. I took off work and waited in pain for them sit at the desk and talk.
02/15/16 waited to long. I've had blood draws since 2yrs now and the wait time is getting out of control. If you have anappt. or not you still wait. I waited 30 min this morning and I need to get to work.

Unprofessional staff- Was getting glucose testing. Made an appointment online for 8:45 and was told I should have been here by 8. While drinking my glucose drink she said hurry, I replied. I have 5 minutes. She said well we close at 12. I was not informed of their rules. When I was having my blood work she pulled a blue band from the trash to tighten my arm so she could draw my blood. Do not recomend this place!
Completely agree with the previous reviewer. This place is a showcase for low standard healthcare - dirty, long wait, rude staff.
This location was very unprofessional. I've had to go to quest for different lab tests through my physician. This particular location is very busy as the physicians at the adjoining hospital send them clients. I made an appointment with Quest and arrived 15 min early. The place was dirty and an appointment scheduled an hour and 30 min before mine had not yet been seen. The staff was loud and rude, loudly telling one lady she couldn't have her kids here with drug testing. I was embarrassed for her, thinking wow a junkie- then I remembered most new jobs want drug testing. Just tacky. Location too slow and unorganized to handle the number of clients they see. Rude, unprofessional and don't honor their appointments. Just sitting there I heard everyone's business. I left and went to another location instead of waiting here. Horrible experience I will not return. The other locations I've been to on the west and northwest sides of the city have been a good experience though.
Horrible service and very disrespectful front desk staff. They tell you to come in "ready to go" for a pre-employment urine test, and then keep you waiting in pain for 45 minutes despite having an appointment. Then to add insult to injury they get their paperwork disorganized and service other people first who came in after you were already there and keep you waiting, despite knowing that you desperately need to urinate and are in pain. This all took place on a slow day with hardly any patients there and multiple technicians sitting around chatting with the desk staff as opposed to providing service. Will never return to this location and recommend others go elsewhere. Do not give this place your business.
I don't usually like to waste my time to complain when I have a bad experience with what is supposed to be a professional org. but this place was terrible. I got there with my nanny and my severely autistic son. I had found that I had lost my dr's order form for tests to be run. no one was at the front desk so that I could ask their fax number. I finally got the # from one of the dozens of patients waiting. my doc faxed the order. when I saw an actual worker there I asked if she could ck the fax machine. it was just a glance over her shoulder. she would not do it. so I wait, my nanny is giving my autistic son a ride in the car so he wouldn't start crying; he had been fasting. it became 11:35, the nurse says they need to get right back. so I texted nanny to come. she was there in 3 mins. in the meantime they gave about 6 patients his spot. we waited, and they finally ck the fax machine- lo and behold the fax isn't there. there was confusion on the fax #. my nanny was talking to one of the rude nurses. I interrupted them with the doc on the phone. the nurse gives me an attitude that she's helping this other lady (my nanny) I tell the nurse she's with me. I ask her for fax # again, w/doc holding she would not give it to me and got an even worse attitude. if the one nurse would have checking for the f_ing fax in the first place I wouldn't have been in that spot-almost an hour wait and then getting a hold of my doc again right at closing time when I find out their fax wasn't working. one of the attitude nurses is filling out my son's info online w/ins. etc. I asked her if she could do the drop down box on a different kind of search as she wasn't finding him in the system. she refused. it was all a battle of wills. one of those 'i'm black/you're not; i'm not going to help you; passive/attitude crap' she refuses to change the phone number to my hub's # when I realized she was filling out his info, not mine. I don't think she filled his (the ins holder's) info right. she put his status as 'dependent'. I asked to see the drop down list on that- again, refuses. I think these people have such a bad attitude, a little jail time would be great for them. I would say I'm infuriated but i'm too tired and too old to get to that point. just please. avoid this place. and management of quest, whom i'll also write directly, fire the whole crew from morning shift of sat. 9/6/14..
